I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and I was generally satisfied with my experience. The team was professional and prompt, and they carried out the job efficiently. Communication was effective and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner.
While I was overall pleased with the service, there were a few areas for improvement. The team could have been a little more attentive to details, but this did not greatly impact the overall outcome of the job.
Overall, I would recommend this company for anyone in need of similar services. They provide a good value for the price, and their team is knowledgeable and capable. With some minor improvements, I believe they could easily achieve a higher rating.

Large selection of tools for rent. They always carry fruit trees, vines, and beautiful flowers. Good selection of appliances for your house. Grills and lawn mowers galore.
Staff member, Robby in Paint Dept is the best. My husband is legally blind so I have to drive him everywhere. We stopped in at Lane Ave Store in Jacksonville. I was already bracing myself for horrible service there as it had been in the past. But, boy, was I pleasantly surprised. Once Robby figured out my husband was having vision problems, he was in high gear on helping us. He actually placed the item inside the palm of my husband’s hand so my husband could actually feel the item we wanted. He took care to go to each aisle in the area to get the items for us. Robby, nor the checkout clerk, Sandy, knew just how much they made our day! Sometimes, just a friendly smile is all a person needs on any given day. If I had the funds, I would have tipped them both. Keep up the good work, Home Depot staff. You really can make a difference.
