  1. Tons of people on the floor but no one knows anything; seems to be a common theme. Every question I asked they had to get someone from the specific dept… And they never showed up so I just wandered around aimlessly. Then what makes it worse is that every time I come here… There’s only one lane open!? It’s 630p… Why is there 1 lane… And if management sees a huge line, like this one I just took a photo of… Why not get more ppl on those registers or open the self check out! Craziness.

  2. Section 42 flooring. Terrible experience. Whoever is one of the”coaches” needs to go to customer service school. Wish you could hold her responsible, I was in the store around 4:30 on 3/8/23 and it was in relation to getting my shades cut. Not one to write a review but you deserve this bad publicity miss. I had one of those encounters and we all have had them ” that before she even opened her mouth I knew she was not going to help. Rude, nasty and did not want to be there. Think you could find a better “coach”. Do better Home Depot. Will never go to this location again !!! 👎🏻👎🏻

  3. Most employees in the returns department need proper training, returning (within 90 day period, per policy) is a complete pain in this store… attitude towards customers should be friendlier too! There was one helpful and nice lady who called her manager when she could not figure something out, the rest of them were unhelpful and borderline rude. One guy even tossed my phone in frustration when I was showing him my order number on it and he could not magnify it… training in their own systems and customer service would help!!
    One time I ordered items for pickup from this store and they cancelled a bunch of them (even though they were showing on stock in that location) – probably just didn’t bother putting the order together… Having said that, the guy in the lumber department is super helpful and does decent cuts

  4. Great selection. Service is great and friendly. The employees are also very knowledgeable. This location has 4 floors. During busy times the checkout line can get longer, but they have quick service and many cashiers and some self checkout systems.

  5. It was not a positive experience. It was very difficult to get help at this store. They did not have enough people working on the floor. I had to wait over an hour in the blinds aisle just to get someone assist me with my items. I was purchasing two shades and they needed to be cut to measure. Also, there was only one person working in lightening, fan, electric aisle. I felt bad for that person. People were literally following him from one aisle to the next just to get help. I was one of them. I was trying to purchase a ceiling fan but he was too busy to focus on one costumer. He couldn’t answer my questions but can’t blame him. He just couldn’t help everyone. One thing though, the guy at the painting section was good and helpful.

You’ll get anything and everything relating to gardening, cleaning, electrical, home appliances, bathroom, door, plumbing, woodworks and what not. The staff is very helpful to help you with finding any products and the arrangement of products in aisles and rows is very neat. The quality of products is topnotch and the return service is also hassle-free.

    Love diy projects, then this is the store to go to. Huge selection of so many item, beautiful plants. Great customer service. The lines do get long but you cant beat their prices n selections

    The Home Depot is like any other Home Depot. I found exactly what I was looking for and checked out quickly. What I don’t like about this store is the parking lot. It is a tight space to get in and out. If you have to load something on to a truck, it’s going to be tough. Otherwise, it’s okay.

    If I could give this Home Depot a zero I would as the staff members were not only rude, but also inconsiderate. I asked for assistance in buying a fridge and it appears the two Home Depot employees were ignoring my request for help. I asked them why the energy certificate rating was not conspicuously posted on the exterior of the fridge. The Home Depot employee stated that it is found in the inside of the fridge, which appears that they’re hiding it from the consumer. Later, I had to go to the manager to get help in which the manager appeared to be more polite. Other than the manager, the other employee(s) appeared not to know anything about the appliances. If you don’t know much about your product, then at least be polite to the customer.

    If you plan to do any Saturday work, go to Home Depot Friday night. Be prepared to wait for help or check out. There’s 1 person working per section. Only 2 “cashiers” & self checkout half the registers are down. Some of the staff are welcoming and helpful otherwise, you are interrupting their day with any of your questions.
