  1. Candace and I went here, for she was dead set on getting a purse and she did. I thought they had a pretty vast selection of purses, shoes, clothes and for the most part everything. I felt this store seemed cleaner and better merchandised than some of the other similar stores in the area. I did see some good deals on essential oils, health and beauty items as well as miscellaneous items. I would like to venture back when I have a few more $’s to spend and some more time.

  2. I love Marshall’s. The thrill of the hunt and all that! I bought dog treats and a great pair of Lauren Conrad jeans that were only $12.99! The lady at the fitting room was really nice as was my check out cashier.

  3. Came in 01/16 in the evening and lady was rude by the fitting room. While I was walking to the fitting room, she stopped me and snatched my clothes out of my hand and put them on a rack just to give them back to me. While doing this she was very rudely and aggressively saying “put the clothes on the rack” even though I was going to try them on NOT put them back”. After I finished trying the clothes on, she took the clothes and shook them and then gave them back to me as if I was doing something.

  4. Marshall register employess need to chill with their customers and getting mad if we don’t get the credit card they be making it seem like paying with our own money is bad thing to do. If I can afford to get it with my money why would I want a credit card? Im already in debt with other cards! I don’t want another one added to the list. And then they get bothered when we say No. Other then that it’s a good store.

  5. Mine and my friends steaks were cooked in correctly. After we paid and tipped we were talking. The waiter came and asked us if he could have our table because he had a large party he needed to seat.
    Longhorns in Collierville and Como Steakhouse beat Marshall’s hands down !

    A ton of selection. Is well maintained. Just get aggravated when the line is super long and they have 2-3 staff members discussing other things while 2 others handle the customers. Have left without purchasing selected items on occasion.

    I enjoyed my experience in this store, I really like all of the selection they have. However I do not appreciate the way the staff treated us.

    Great store for clothes and accessories. I enjoy going to the kitchen section where I find gourmet foods and sometimes le creuset. They also have body soaps, wallets, cologne/perfume, and handbags.

    Today January 6, 2023,,,My score is for this reason. I arrived at the store with my husband to make a change and there being no one in line, I stop at the counter and there are two employees who remain talking as if there was no one. When one of them decides to serve us, she tells me that I have to stand in line. My husband seriously told him if there is no one??? I go and look for the part to make the change. That employee did not serve anyone with an annoyed face at all times. She apparently did not want to work. When my turn comes I ask the cashier who is the manager. She didn’t dare answer me. When the employee who attended me at the beginning was next to the cashier I asked her,,, You are the manager, what is her name? she is she did not want to give me her name and she did not want to attend to me. This chain of stores should give customer service workshops to their employees She is an arrogant and disrespectful person. If she didn’t want to work she should have stayed at her house. There are people who want to work. The very cordial cashier asked her for the number of the store and she gave it to me without any problem. I’ll call and make a report. I imagine they will know the name from the time and date. Unfortunately, those kinds of people should not have that position. In addition, it is not the first time that this type of behavior has been carried out in this store.
