I went here recently and was not only turned away but yelled at by two staff members about having a mask. My friend and I went to get supplies with my baby with us, I decided the best bet was to take the mask off and put it on the baby. Upon entering the store I was alerted that a mask was required for entering, I asked the store clerk if she had mask to give me because I had given it to my child. She said no, and refused my entrance. I said ma’am I gave my mask to my baby, I rather protect her. She exclaimed children weren’t required to wear masks, I explained that I preferred to protect my two year old. The lady told me I would have to leave immediately. I explained that the Governor is only suggesting that masks be worn and it has been through his various conferences that he, himself exclaimed that stores should ask people to wear mask but also provide them for those who don’t have. The lady said she didn’t care and proceeded to kick me out. This was mid day and not during a busy time, my experience was so horrible that I will never spend another dime here. For future customer service standards it would be best in these situations during non busy times to offer to get the shoppers needs for them since you are refusing entrance. They could have simply got my supplies for me and ask me to wait just outside the door instead of the ridicule. Masks are suggested not required and you all are missing out on money by arguing with people and turning them away. I guess I’ll be using other Convenience stores from now on.
Pretty good store. Employees not to friendly and we’re saying cuss words with customers around. Store looked pretty good. Like what they had for $5 . Good stuff. Fairly clean, parking lot could of looked much better. Trash all over.
Most ransacked dirtiest Dollar tree I’ve ever been in. a bunch of ceiling tiles missing cashier was very unfriendly entire store was dirty throughout. Corporate needs to step in and address the issues with this store starting with the employees.
Not great, not terrible either. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s always amazing what you can get for $1.25. That said the stock is irregular, and the potholes in the parking lot are more like sinkholes at this point. There’s also no bike parking, and the entrance us poorly lit. I still prefer this location over fighting traffic on the west side of town. Some more investment in the building would go a long way to making this a nicer store.
My girlfriend recently went over with her friends to get some shopping done. She came home to me and told me how one of the employees were making her very uncomfortable uncomfortable. I have a description of the employee, who, she states harassed her by mocking her voice and hit on her explicitly when she clearly was uncomfortable and expressed so. I would like to make a formal complaint. How can this be done?
