  2. My fiancé and I visited the jewelry counter on 1/24 to look at wedding bands for him. We found a clearance one that we wanted but we’re wanting to check with another jeweler regarding adding texture to the ring. We were helped by Patricia who raved about the ring and the amazing deal. She even told us, “if you don’t buy it, I’m going to buy it for myself as a thumb ring!” Before we purchased it though, we wanted to be sure we could make the desired changes. We were told the sale ran to the end of the month and the ring could be held for 2 weeks, so we gave our info to Patricia and went on a mission. The mall closed before we could get back but, due to our work schedules, we couldn’t make it back again until Sunday (1/29). We weren’t worried because it was being held. When we arrived, however, the ring couldn’t be found! The helpful sales associate, Lisa, called Patricia only to be told “they didn’t come back that night, so I put it back in the case and it sold right away!” The new sales associate was so apologetic and trying to find a comparable replacement. But I was beyond angry – I had to walk away! What kind of slimy salesperson tells you that they will hold something for 2 weeks only to put it back out before 24 hours is even up?? I can almost bet Patricia has a nice shiny new thumb ring! I’m disgusted with my experience here!

  5. I rarely shop at JC Penney but I will specifically be coming back because of Caitlin. She was a breath of fresh air after a long shopping trip. I enjoyed her down to earth vibe. Thank you for the laughs! I hope you see this review!

    Saw multiple staff standing around gossiping. If this is fixed, could fix my next issue listed. Multiple items on the wrong hanger (garment size doesn’t match size on hanger). I ended up with a medium when it said xl on the hanger and i noticed other items with this same issue throughout the store. Very limited sizing, most female clothes were either small or medium so there’s limited selection for women with wide hips.

    Super helpful staff that are willing to bring you so many pairs of shoes if you don’t know exactly what you want. They are patient and knowledgeable.
