    As usual, I had pre-ordered my two medications (sales value EUR 100) on Thursday. I walked up to an overweight lady in a headscarf, handed over the prescription and said I had pre-ordered. As she started typing, I repeated to her: I said I pre-ordered. She replied I didn’t say that. When she came back to the counter from the collection shelf with the two packages, she said without comment, unfortunately I can’t give you that. I took the prescription from her and left the store. As I found out later from a colleague, capsules had been ordered and not divisible tablets; but the right pack would have been in stock. How dumb is that? Worst service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. Full cringe. I’d rather go to my pharmacy in Babelsberg.

    On April 12, 2023, I redeemed a prescription at the pharmacy. The pharmacist stared at the monitor for a long time, staring and staring, and then the message came that a drug was not in stock and had to be ordered. So far so good. May occur. I then asked if the pharmacy still offers the delivery service. Then a kind of round of questions by the pharmacist began… Whether I had any friends or family who could pick up the medication and where I would live. She took my address from the prescription and remarked that she knew where I lived and that there must be neighbors, and so (I assume) one of the neighbors could pick up the medication. After the questions, nothing came for a while, suddenly she held out the collection ticket to me and explained that this was the collection ticket, which also shows that the sum for the drug had already been paid. The pharmacist also mentioned that I now have the more important drug… Does that mean that the other drug is not important and was only prescribed for fun? The pharmacist asked if I would like a bag. I said no so that the effort is not too great. Because even when I pointed out that I had severe bronchitis and a GdB of 100, the pharmacist did not change my mind. I have never experienced such behavior and will avoid this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I still have to pick up my medication, but then I’ll avoid it.

    Nice little pharmacy with a small parking lot in front of the door. Always very friendly staff which gives you very good advice. You feel at home when you want to ask Mom for advice. There is even a water dispenser on site. Excellent ! Keep it up you are great..

    So I can only agree with the other negative one star rating. For me it was a service. I was rudely answered that there was no billing basis for this service and so it was rejected. I was brazenly asked to clear the sales counter. You had to continue selling.. Another pharmacy then did it strangely, so I wasn’t told the truth either. .Probability is more important here than services and customer service.. Beware..

    I’ve been a customer for years and more and more alternative medicine is being advised and sold – even after rejection of medicines without active ingredients. I expect a certain basic medical understanding from a pharmacy and no globolis for pain or inflammation. Otherwise everyone is very friendly!

    I always feel well advised at this pharmacy. In addition to the “standard program” you will also find a good selection of alternative medical products and can also build on competence in this area. That’s why I drive here especially, even though I don’t live in the immediate vicinity!
