  1. It’s not really a review of the store but I wanted to Thank who ever turned in my sons black wallet to the service desk Thursday the 5th. My son’s 7 and it dropped out of his pocket and he had his Christmas gifts cards and some cash in it. He was devastated and crying, we went to the car and prayed and asked God to touch the person who ever found it to return it! An hour and a half passed and we got the best call at home and it was a store employee who called and said it was found. Not only did my son learn a valuable lesson God answered our Prayers. Thank You❤️

  2. Their inventory system clearly does not work. They are always out of most things that show as available on the app. Lastly, drive up is not quick or convenient at all. I’ve waited 15 minutes on a slow day (few people in the parking lot). What is the point of pickup when you guys never even come out? Literally the worst target ever.

  3. The staff is very nice and I enjoy shopping here. However the lines are always long and there is often not a separate line for returns because those ladies are helping out with the long lines. They could use a few more cashiers during peak hours.

  4. My store of choice is the Commerce location, closer to home, love this store! but when Commerce is sold out of an item, I can count on the Southfield location having it in stock. I love the Southfield location as well

  5. This store ALWAYS has price discrepancies and when I ask for a resolution to them, I am told that I need to go take pictures of the shelf tags to prove their error. They refuse to check the prices. So if I want my money back, I need to walk around and take pictures to prove to them they made a mistake.
    The employees are rude and dismissive, prices are wrong, and the store is often a mess.
    This might be my least favorite Target ever.

    Today I was greeted by the most kind person. His name is Jason and I believe he was the attending manager. I’ve never been greeted with such a kind and considerate person like him. He’s very selfless and helped me pick out a perfect gift for my daughters birthday. I’ve never ever left a review on Google but I just wanted it be known you have a star working at this location and this man deserves a raise. I will be a lifelong patron of this location Thank you Jason.

    A wonderful experience today. Took a smart flex ride to Target 🎯 to buy a microwave. Product was in stock. Also, I found some inexpensive pots for my houseplants and some much needed home items at very good prices. I am very satisfied with my shopping excursion today at target 🎯 and I would like most importantly to shout out to Target 🎯 the company about the patient, and stellar service by Ms. Cynthia, our associate. She was so kind, engaging, and blessed. I don’t shop too often anywhere but she really made my day. She deserves a hefty raise and some recognition for her outstanding customer (guest) service skills. I would highly recommend a promotion as she has the qualities needed to excel in your company.
