  1. Place is a mess. Also one person tells me fitting room closes at 9PM when it was 8:39 and then another person says 8PM. Just a bunch of lazy people that don’t want to work, as you can also see from the disastrous mess that this place is…

  2. Great location. Ample parking. Do not expect customer service or help! Is Target not a good company to work for? They have the rudest, can’t be bothered, lazy, and most miserable staff of any Target ever! I’m not sure what the issue is but multiple times I’ve gone in there and the employees treat you like they’re doing you a favor if you ask them anything. When I came in, there were employees standing as if to greet customers, saw me and said nothing. There were no baskets when I mentioned “oh, there’s no baskets where can I get some” she pointed and said, “probably on the other side of the store.” Incidentally, there were baskets under the cash registers so I grabbed a few and brought them over to the three employees talking, doing nothing and put them where they were supposed to be.
The manager I spoke to didn’t stop what she was doing to look at me and ignored me at first when I was introduced to speak with her. If I hadn’t said anything I’d still be standing there. Lol.
The other employees just seemed miserable and the cashier left me to finish packing my own bags. She didn’t even offer to help.

Despite enjoying a good selection of products, decent prices, and some sales, I am not anxious to go back.

  3. Great departmental store. Even the staff is so good and helpful. It has so many goods for you from so many categories be it home, travel, technology, clothing, home decor, kitchen, bath, whatever you can think of. Even the discounts on pricing are also extremely good.
Loved the store, was very clean and tidy and will definitely be visiting again with family.

  4. This store is the closest target to where we live and it’s really good. It has some good deals all the time and it was some good quality products at a decent price. The in-store pickups and exchanges are seamless and the cist service representative is kind enough to answer any questions unlike many other Target stores. Also compared to ShopRite you get a lot more organic options here which is great. The only thing messy is the wardrobe section where a lot of clothes are lying on the floor unattended. A good store in all.

I really do like target but I have to plan to have enough time and energy when I go there that when I am done shopping I still have time to wait on a very long checkout line. UPDATE: 7/31/22: Every time I go to this Target the lines only get longer. I don’t know if management realizes but they have to put more people on the cashiers because lots of people saw the line going from the front of the store all the way to the back. After a few minutes customers start to realize that this trip to Target is going to take longer than expected. As a customer I feel like the company that I want to buy something from doesn’t value my time. I saw many customers the put their stuff down and leave the store after they saw the lines. Another sale lost. Management must realize that long lines have been a problem for a while and now that people are starting to prepare for school. I just don’t understand how management lets it get worse and worse. I actually saw plenty of people working but only a couple of cashiers. Maybe the position they don’t have filled at this store is a manager. I have no idea. The lines were longer than I have EVER seen them. I realize it was a Sunday and people are getting ready to go back to school but they should prepare for that. Terrible use of their resources.

This place is a disgrace. Unorganized, boisterous, poorly stocked, and staff nowhere to be found. They have everything except what you need. Children run amuck as if it were a playground. Parking situation is wild. It’s like everyone is learning to drive at the same time.

This place is always understaffed , with just two registers open and self checkout. I see few employees just standing around. Not the first time, it’s everytime I go here and regretting my decision to go. I left a cart with bunch of stuff in it. I don’t have 30 mins to wait in line. Management really needs to step up their game.

I was in for a return and I completely forgot my receipt. When it was my turn, I approached the customer service aisle and was assisted by Thales. I was going through my emails & app b/c I wasn’t sure they’d take the items back without the receipt. I explained this to Thales and he happily explained their full return policy. He was very helpful, Knowledgeable & friendly. I’ve been in retail for over a decade and I love it when I receive exceptional customer service; even for the few minutes I was at the register, Thales definitely provided that!

Maribel was so helpful during my visit at target the other day… shopping with a baby is not easy and she saved me a trip from circling around the store. Her professionalism and great customer service skills do not go unnoticed. Thank you Maribel😊
