I’ve never encountered a Target that is as routinely poorly stocked as this location. And this is my ‘home’ Target. I’m a frequent Drive Up customer, and I can’t tell you how many times I get a notification that an item is out of stock. The pictures I have included were taken on 07-19-2023. We are talking about a store that is out of pantry staples like butter, eggs, and salad. With these sort of inventory levels, it’s almost like this location has been hit by another pandemic.
They spent a lot of money on this on remodeling this this last year. Looks like they did a real nice job.
This is the closest target to my house but it has major issues. Always out of stock on basic items like milk for pickups. Dressing rooms are routinely closed way before closing for no reason. I have had to buy 3 of a swimsuit to determine what size I was. Now, I have encountered that their security gates either don’t go off or make a very quiet sound when you leave with a security tag on. I wish it was audible so I could turn around and have them remove it while I was there. Or have a team member approach me. Neither of which have happened and I let customer service know since this is an ongoing problem. You would THINK they would care since people could be shoplifting through self checkout but all they said was “I don’t know” and they seemed annoyed I brought it up. 1 star for customer service. So, if you’re looking to shoplift this is the spot. No one will stop you or care. Target, do better.
Ordered a few items showing available for pick up at this location for my Valentine, When I showed up they told me that they “could not find” the items I ordered. Could have saved me the trip and some off time by simply letting me know BEFOREHAND that the items were not available even though app says the opposite. Ruined my valentine’s day surprise for sure.
Starting with the positive: the Starbucks staff is usually great, and I’ve never had an issue with mobile order. They have a good home goods selection. Grocery is usually well organized. The store is relatively clean.
Now the bad: Terrible parking lot for pedestrians and drivers. They run out of carts semi regularly. The mobile order pickers will run you down in store. Cashiers can barely muster a hello (when they have them). They let feral teens ride around the store on scooters and bikes. The whole Ulta section is blocked off (so people don’t steal from the middle of the store?). The electronics selection is small.
