Many products are utilized by both men and women, as well as children, especially the clothes.They clearly delineated zones of products. But there were so many things that it was very challenging to search. All goods have discounts. But some of them can be outdated or broken. must carefully inspect
Bi-level well stocked TJ with alot of luggage and high end clothing bags and accessories. Easy to move through the racks. Staff were friendly. Only picked a cosmetic bag and nail wraps. Got them on clearance. There was no line in the morning and many registers were open. Very clean and neat
I love the selection of the houseware and Christmas items. I was disappointed in the checkout line on the second floor. But pleased with the 3 minute wait time on a Sunday evening on the first floor.. I was pleasantly surprised
I regret going to this location every time I make my way over here. The staff hover and are constantly in the way when you are trying look through the racks. It takes forever to look at anything because they are always making you move to the side, and they are NOT nice about it. The east 59th Street location is smaller, but the staff is so much nicer and they let you actually shop.
The fitting room personnel all have nasty attitudes. I get that it can be a stressful role however, they don’t need to be rude. They were also rude to the person in front me so I think this is a common occurrence.
