This place is in town and country plaza, the store is huge and the items are also average priced, they are not very demanding, here you can buy kids and newborn clothes, adults, clothes, shoes, fashion, makeup, all kinds of stuff. Snacks jewelry, handbags, pet accessories, kitchen and bathroom accessories, furniture, toys, home decor, and many more, The staff is very friendly and the service is good.
I was shopping for Christmas stuff and had a buggy FULL of Christmas presents $400-$600 worth of different electronics and gifts .
CLOTHES AISLES ARE TOO NARROW IN BETWEEN ONE ANOTHER, I left my buggy at the end of the aisle while looking at shirts and a employee took my buggy and threw all my stuff back into different gift desks. I asked her [ female with strong Europe accent ] where Is all my stuff she said you shouldn’t leave your buggy ???? Then make every aisle aisle accessible with a buggy ???? ,
I left the one thing I had in my hand on a table and walked out the store.
Today I was at the store to exchange an item I received, and the lady in the jewelry department was very rude. She’s certainly not working in the right place. When I said that I didn’t have the card so she could return the money and that she could give me a gift card, she thought it was bad and said some things that I didn’t understand. I told her she wasn’t doing me any favors, that it was her job. HOW TERRIBLE! I spoke to the manager, she was very friendly but I’m not sure what action will be taken.
On my visit yesterday I needed to return an item. The cashier barely spoke English. She kept saying things to me in Spanish and when I said I do not speak Spanish she sighed and just kept repeating herself louder. I am not deaf. I live in America where the native language is English not Spanish. You should not put people in cashier positions who cannot communicate effectively in English. Also, it is infuriating that you place the price sticker for candles on the side of the jar. Removing it takes the color off of the jar and makes it ugly. Prices should be placed on the bottom of them.
Horrible incompetent customer service. Went to return a Travis Matthew shirt $32 with tag attached and receipt provided and they were looking it up on their handheld machine for 5 mins like I have switch out the shirt. I asked what’s the problem and they said “oh we don’t recognize this brand and you purchased at another TJmaxx . WTH does that have to do with my return, learn your brands that you carry.
