I walked into Verizon today and was greeted by Nate and Joe . Nate was very patient with me I’m a senior citizen and he was very thorough in showing me how to use my new phone. Joe was very helpful with helping Nate explaining the ins and outs of the billing process. They both made me feel very welcomed and I would recommend them to anyone great experience.
Went to the Verizon store in Stratford with an issue with my grandmothers phone I was assisted by Josh Coleman. He was extremely helpful with regards to explaining what the issue with the phone was and in explaining the options to replace it. He was also extremely patient with me while I figured out what I wanted to do. Five stars! I will return to this location with any future questions or problems
