- Reviews:I had an online order that was supposed to be filled at this store, however, it was taking a lot longer than it should have, so I called to follow up. The first time I called, they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. The next time I called, a woman answered and said she was with customers and she didn’t have time to check for me. The third time I called, she said she didn’t have my order and I was wrong about the store it was sent to. After asking a follow up question, she then admitted that she didn’t have the stock and had just cancelled the order. She didn’t offer any follow up suggestions for what I should do or who to contact. The entire interaction the woman had a nasty tone and was thoroughly unhelpful. I needed a new charging block with the C charger. While he was looking 2 females.( 1 was security& other was a coworker) & they where yelling his name & he was focused on finding the charger set I needed. As I went to tell him cause they had gotten me aggravated by YELLING his name, to tell him “I”wasn’t suppose to be where I was. I followed him not to get him yelled at or in trouble. I apologized to him & the other “unprofessional” individuals. - Reviews:Horrible customer service! I went to upgrade my phone, trade in my old phone and upgrade my service plan. The lady that was “helping” us was so rude that we ultimately left to go to the Poplar location. I tried to get her name, but her badge was turned backwards, but she was short with short gold hair. She was cussing and mumbling under her breath saying “I’m sick of entering this sh*t” and other very rude remarks while she was putting my information in her tablet. She couldn’t show me a break down of what my new bill would be, explain fees, service upgrade changes etc. She truly acted like we were bothering her!! Went there I wanted to port 4 lines from ATT and possibly purchase two phones, it was locked and security had to unlock it and tell me ratio to the people is 1:1 and there was two people inside with each rep there was one. I wanted to browse and check out the plans but they wouldn’t even let me in, so I just left I’m not waiting outside in the car or in the heat. Not sure what ratio of 1:1 means or why that is even happening, everyone is at full capacity, everything is open and it’s just rude to post hours you are open and not let costumers in to just look around and browse. I will either go to another location or stay with ATT if that’s how their company policy is
So today I went to the Verizon store for some assistance, just to be able to speak with someone. I was told we cannot help you by an associate named O. Then associate Allen steps up and ask my situation. I explain what I am trying to understand. Allen turns around and talks to O. Allen then turns around and says “look man we are retail now you coming in here I am looking to see how I can make your bill higher” “ this just isn’t the place for you” I was told.
To be clear I asked Allen “ do you mean to say you are just here to make my bill higher and take my money”. Allen laughed and said yes.
Man please go to another location for help. Walked in nobody said anything to me. I sat down when another customer came in, I greeted them and said welcome to Verizon someone will be with you shortly. Well I guess that got one of them attention. Someone finally came over to help the people in front of me. I will never go back to this location again. After reading the comments, it is obvious the owner doesn’t care either.
Worse customer service!! Why do companies keep hiring rude people with nasty attitudes? One employee Chris was so arrogant and horrible to everyone. Employees were so angry because there were customers outside the store waiting for it to open. Take your lazy classless tail home if you don’t have enough common sense to be decent and kind to customer’s. So pathetic!!!
Got there to this location at 6:30, the guy working there literally sat there talking to his employee for 30 mins. Once I got off the phone with fraud department, he stated he couldn’t help me because the system goes down at 7:00 p.m. yet they let this other customer back into the store, after the gates were closed and everything, started helping him with a transaction. Was very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this location. I even had to drive back past the location to go to a different a Verizon store and the guy was still inside at the counter. So I don’t understand why he couldn’t help me, yet could help someone else AFTER the store was CLOSED!!! Had the guy not been more worried about talking then he could of helped me, instead of waiting until 7:00 to say oh our system is down!! I pay a lot of money with Verizon and have never been treated this way by a Verizon employee, extremely unacceptable!
