I had some issues with my account, but Robbie was extremely patient and made a great recommendation. I had a very complex and high maintenance issue that was holding up the rest of the show, but Robbie kept it together working there all by himself with discipline and not sweating the small stuff. I used to work in retail and the food industry, and I understand how it is when you’re by yourself and there’s a growing line of customers, some unhappy, seeking your attention. Just wanted to say thanks again. Everything is working great! If I would add one idea that could help the next time a complex customer like myself ends up holding up business – would it be possible to set up a second workstation to help another customer while at a temporary impasse with another? As in, can you sign in on your same or a different admin account to help another customer who might just have a small problem? If you can get set up with another workstation, that might really help you out! - Reviews:All I needed to do was exchange a case for a different color, but was told I would have to wait in the same line as everyone. I understand that others were there before me. But couldn’t there be a quicker system for customers doing something really quick and a different line for other things that take longer, or at least a system to help when something like that happens?? I have received excellent service at this location the last 2 times I was in the store – quick and knowledgeable employees were able to help me even as I was closing out my account and confirming account billing was resolved.
I was reviewing my bill and it looks like Chris didn’t do his job properly. The auto pay discount was not applied, bring your phone discount, 35$ fee waiver was not applied. I think he really screwed up on my account. Better go to another store where employees are competent.
Verizon the company treated me pretty terribly, but the reps at this store spent two hours on the phone with four different corporate departments to get me a refund. Really appreciated their hard work and obvious care for the customer.
They sold me something but nothing was what they said and I still can’t get into the Business app. Nor do I have any of the futures or better service then I had when was at TMOBILE. There tech is behind and the Network is not as great as they say. Totally unsatisfied with over all service.
After all of that was said witch they seem to be all about with no real action. Just this culture of passion the buck and conversations to make you feel good but nothing is changing. I still have no access to the app witch made it hard to pay. Not to mention spotty service and lagging messages. Very disappointed not to mention not one person in customer service on the phone or chat have been very unhelpful and very combative, and again just keep getting passed around on hold getting no have to start over from being with every no agent not to mention being hung up on me at least 6 times on Three different days. Some did call back but did not let the phone less then once so always missed it. If this the better service as a business then I definitely don’t want to be a wireless consumer at all.
Generally have had a decent experience and have found the staff very professional, usually accurate within reason, and not too pushy.
They tend to listen to what your needs are and not be the classic model of over selling you into a house payment for your phone.
