- Reviews:Very unhelpful, not sure why this location exists. I went in to pay off my phone, I walked in, and the lady with glasses in the front asked what I needed. I said “pay off my phone. Not the bill, but actual phone” she sends me to a kiosk, only to find out you can only pay your bill there. I go back, and tell her. She then says you can only pay off the device online (lie). I told her i wanted to do it cash in store, because I can’t do it online yet (new line). She looks confused, and I show here the a message on my phone, on my account saying I can pay it off in store with cash. She then switched to instantly knowing why, saying the line is too new, and I can’t pay it yet (another lie). She said if they try, it will just give them an error message. She didn’t seem to want to let me through to somebody at a computer or even look up my account, even though nobody was really doing anything, what’s the point in this location if they won’t do anything or just push you to do everything online? At least the people here seem nice? My overall experience was amazing thanks to Brandon. He took the time to help me through the process of getting a new phone – after mine got crushed. Even though it was a bit of a lengthy process (2hrs) because of issues on my account and call center not being as helpful, he stuck through it, apologized, and made sure I still felt like I was receiving vip treatment. I even feel bad that he had to stay after closing hours to help me finish my purchase. I have nothing to say but good things about this place. I’m happy with my new pixel 7 and pixel watch. We had such an amazing experience during our visit. The team was willing to help with anything needed and they were willing to stay longer past closing to help finish setting up my phone!!! They were up front with all the questions I had about my account. I appreciate all their hard work and finding me the best deals!!!
This is by far the best location around, I was so stressed trying to buy a new phone but luckily for me Brandon (store manager), Ariel (sales person), Eduardo and Chris all worked together and made my experience so easy. I walked in on the verge of tears and walked out with a big smile on my face, they were awesome!!! They even offered everyone in the store cold waters. These are definitely the guys y’all wanna go to!!! Thanks for everything!
My evening was a whirlwind once I clocked out of work to find my phone had a black screen with a flashing light every few seconds. I made my way to this Verizon location, stressed, not knowing if my phone was salvageable or not. Unfortunately, it wasn’t but Brandon (the manager) was kind, patient, and truly informative of my best options moving forward. It was understaffed that evening. However, he continued to assist and update each customer in the store frequently. It was evident that he truly cares about the guests and their experience. He was able to help me transition into my new phone and I left feeling truly grateful.
I walked in an hour before closing and the representative by the last name Thomas walked me through the sign up and purchase of a new phone. He was professional, kind, and patient with all of my questions. I had had a difficult afternoon and he was able to help me end my night on a high note. I highly recommend and thank Mr. Thomas.
