Consistantly very helpful and friendly, have been coming here for about 5 years, I can get in, and out in just moments, I like the way they ask you if you need help the moment anyone enters, (its the reverse for Lowes, lol)… Feels like a family run place, not sure if it is, but they seem to have their act together.

  2. Local hard ware store that provides better service and support than Lowe’s or Home Depot.
    I came in here needing help with fixing my drain for my sink in the bathroom and I came out with the pieces I needed at a price that was comparable if not better than the leading brand stores and I also knew how to do the fixing by speaking with the workers at the store.
    I wish I remember the names of the people that helped me but everyone in there is exemplary and professional courteous kind and patient I recommend this store every time.

  3. If you need something quick and easy then it’s worth checking for it here, although 50% of the time they don’t have what I’m looking for and I end up heading to Lowe’s further south.

  4. Used to be really decent plane, but this new manager Joey and Ed at the tool rental company are really tough to deal with. No longer the neighborhood store, which sucks. Had to go to Home Depot.

  5. The staff has always been nice when I needed advice for my various projects. Have done the online order and pick up in store several times with no issues. Never any issues using any coupons either.

    They have all my hardware needs they are professional, it has an old school feel that can’t be replicated, also R.I.H. to Virginia, a staple there for many years from Central point to the Zetler center on Harrisburg Pike a wonderful woman who always made me smile every time I enter the store they also have many employees who are helpful, knowledgeable, and very willing to make your visit an enjoyable experience that is not found at the other large hardware stores

    With a few snowflakes in the air, I remembered I needed to replace my snow shovel, where the one I had last year broke. I was looking for something a bit rugged, as the plows on my road tend to create an ice dam at the top of my drive. I looked at metal grain scoops as they would break through the layers of ice, but were too expensive, and I could any other implement to break the ice up. They had a decent selection of snow shovels on display, and decided to go with a straight handled one, instead of an ergonomic one. It has a formidable metal edge that should chop through the top layer of ice.
