  1. This is a hardware store with top notch service. There are so many helpful staff members on the floor ready to help you find the product you need to fix, paint, service or repair something in your home. When you walk down the aisle it’s not unusual for you to run across two staff members who will greet you and also ask you if you need any help. Not only are they ready to help, but they are super knowledgeable about the products and will even walk you to the isle where it is located. If you don’t need any large items like lumber that Home Depot has this is the store that has everything that you could find and get in and out of the store without walking down these long huge isles wasting your time. Ace Hardware has almost everything. Go check it out if you have never been there. It’s worth a visit.

  2. This store is great. There is always plenty of staff on the floor and they are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable I never have trouble finding help. This is a where I come for the hard to find screw or bolt and I don’t have to buy a packet when I need only a couple.

    I come here often for home projects. Just recently, I came in for a plumbing fix. I needed an adapter to connect my drinking water faucet to my water filter. Collin Roberts was extremely helpful. He, along with a couple others, spent an hour brainstorming and scouring the store for the right fix. He even called a plumbing store to inquire if they carried a particular part. At the end, Collin came up with a great solution. He was so patient and didn’t give up.

    I’m so glad we have an Ace Hardware in our neighborhood and with such great service and products I need.

  3. This place is awful. The scheduler never allows the employees time off. Working 5 days a week with 2 days off split apart. Not even consecutive days off. Works their employees into a severe depression. Just look how unhappy the employees are if you don’t believe me.

  4. The quality of the products at Lowe’s is good, but there have been a few instances where I’ve received a faulty product

  5. Customer service is lost these days with big box stores. But not at this Ace Hardware! They were on point at every turn. Fri, helpful, fast and knowing the store. Hopefully other stores can do the same, two visits in and , I plan to go again.

    A very, very nice hardware store. If I’m not mistaken this used to be an Orchard Supply Hardware. This ACE has retained a lot of the great traits of OSH… you can find quirky home goods and decor, random food and drink items, and even some apparel inside a very well-stocked hardware store. The BBQ and grill equipment selection is also very, very good.

    Felix is such a great help many times I’ve shopped here and he has been there each time to help. Whether it’s lifting heavy bags of concrete or assisting me to find the right tool. He is always kind, respectful, and will try til we find what I need. I’ve witnessed him treat many other customers with the same kindness and respect. He is a great worker and very driven. Thank you Felix for always helping with a smile see you soon I’m sure.

    Very good customer service! They’re busy all the time ,if no customers, I see people that work there cleaning and stocking products. They know what they’re doing. I dont feel that at Lowe’s, Home Depot. You may have to wait for help however it’s because they’re so busy…its with it! The sales associates, cashiers, and management are all willing to help, j uh st be patient and look around. Excellent store!!!

    New place so the staff isn’t yet fully trained or very handy themselves to make suggestions. However, they are helpful and available. Nice selection of items and smaller format than big stores so that is nice. They don’t accept contactless payment though which is a bummer. Prices are a bit higher but then there are some coupons one can find.

    I had an extremely poor experience buying some AC units and trying to return them after our living situation changed. I brought them back a few weeks after the purchase, and I didn’t have the receipt. The manager, who was quite rude, told me she could only offer store credit – which I was totally fine with. She walks to a register and starts the process. After a while, she tells me that the system is not working and that she can’t give me a return or store credit now. I couldn’t believe she’d go back on her word like that because of a technical malfunction. I asked if there was someone higher up I could speak with. That really upset her. “No! I’m the highest manager here. My decision is final. You lost the receipt. This is on you. Come back when you find your receipt.” So I was simply out $800 with no way to return the units or get credit. Just had to sell them at a loss. Wouldn’t shop here again if it were the last hardware store on the planet.
