    What I dont love is when the close up shop a half hour early 🙄

  4. Dark skinned black lady that was wearing a hat and worked today 4/11/23 around 12 pm. is not the kind of employee you want to have. She doesn’t greet customers. Doesn’t smile. She saw me waiting for a cashier to come check me out and didn’t call out to the cashier. Another employee finally came along and got the cashier for me.

  5. I don’t understand why they got rid of all of the self checkout kiosk and replaced them with 1 cashier ? Now the line is so long that I just left.

    I was in this store on a Saturday afternoon there was boxes all throughout the aisles. The employees there had very loud and explicit music playing while there was children and elderly customers there… Very ghetto and disrespectful. This way everyone goes out of the city to do there shopping. Management needs to get some control over this store.

    Store is stocked & clean…just need to reorder shopping carts. I guess ppl take em home. Maybe get the lock wheels on them or poles so ppl don’t take outside. Need to have security guard back. It was like he was apart of the team. He was very nice & would walk out when its dark.. cause parking lot isn’t well lit. Overall..I love

    Nothing EVER is nicely organized heck or even put away/stocked nicely. The shelves have everything everywhere. Employees don’t ever know anything, for example I did all my digital coupons at home went here then scanned everything I wanted & clipped digitally in the store. Just to get up to the counter & be told they don’t know anything about digital checkout, their own coupons, or even the app itself, or how to check me out. When I don’t even work at DG never even have & know how to do this simple job. Smh. This place is just nasty, minimal to none conversing with the employee to you, very disorganized. Bad bad bad.

    During today’s times of certainty I applaud the worker of Dollar General for being cheerful and helpful to the customers. The lines are long, so expect a wait. Most items like toilet paper is restocked multiple times a day. Food items are usually fully stocked. Be patient. Be kind.
