  2. This store on Montwood needs improvement. This is my third visit this week and the place is a mess. Two five dollar boxed items that I purchased have been broken. After my third visit, I brought the attention to the manager and she wasn’t too happy with my asking for a even return request. (Same item). Also, the loud arguing between the employees in the back room was heard throughout the store to where the customers standing in the exceedingly long line witnessed it. There is one employee who does a super job here, a very friendly and upbeat middle aged man who was not working this morning. Dollar tree, you need to do better. Train your employees on customer interactions, raise pay and hire more employees so they can take pride working for you. This store is going downhill quick, and the restrooms are disgusting.

  3. I went to this dollar tree to buy some essentials and there were two Anglo American men in there mid twenties yelling racist comments to the customers. Told store manager and she did nothing.

  4. This Dollar Tree has become stale. It is rare to find good items in comparison to Dollar tree hauls I watch on YouTube. They need to keep up and give us the good item finds.

    Cheap items perfect for a one time use or for a party. Only complaint is; as mentioned by others, the cashiers don’t like breaking change. I don’t know it’s its from a lack of mathematical comprehension or if its policy. Cashier tried to get us to give her the exact change, then would only break a $20 if we gave her the .62 cents….

    If I could I would give it no stars. Today we went in we had 7 items or so they like was extremely long and Abigail (Asst. Manger) came and opened another register since only one was open. She says out loud there is a lane open over here the two people in front of me move that way my teen moves over to the lane that was just opened I am grabbing a drink from the cooler my teen was in line already I stepped up with her Abigail says very loudly I’m closed after the person I’m front of you, the other register can take you mind you I had already steeped out of the line because it she opened up this register I tell her I’m sorry but there are now 6 people there I’m not going to the back of the line my kid was standing here you did not say anything. She repeats the other register Can take you in closer like I said! At this point she tell me to get in the other register line with a loud voice. I raised my voice and said I am not going to the back of the line you saw my kid standing in your line and you saw me coming and you didn’t say anything until after I am not going to go wait on the back of the line over there. Thankfully at this point the other register associate (Danae) turns around and tell me I’ll take you on my register next since you were next over here anyway I told here thank you very much and I’d like to speak to the store manger, as I’m saying that once again Abigail gets in and says well I’m the manger so! Ridiculous I had 7 small things she blew everything up and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Thank you Danae for taking care of us and apologizing for Abigail behavior and rudeness.

    I make 10.52 purchase I try to pay with 20.52 and the MANAGER would rather lose the sale than getting change. Why is there even a manager if she can’t solve simple problem?

    Love shopping at all Dollar Tree stores. You can find alot of items for $1.25 each here. Same items expensive elsewhere. Bought a hand can opener for a $1.25, same one at another store $4.97. I found all kinds of cute items for my garden for $1.25 each, spent just over 10 bucks versus similar items for $35 at another so called bargain shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. They just just have a great variety of merchandise to choose from.
