  1. Of all the Dollar Tree locations I have been to this one just blows all the others out of the water. This is a fairly big store. Clean spacious isles. Friendly staff and rows and rows of excellently priced merchandise. My favorite so far.

  2. West broad Dollar tree is always so special for me, my family and friends. I have been to short pump dollar tree but still this west broad dollar tree is close to my heart as we bought several items here for all our celebrations. We usually buy beach toys, photo frames, ceramic cups, ceramic plates, paper cups, paper plates, bathroom curtains and rings, plant pots, decoration items, shining papers and sometime school stationeries. Most of the party stuffs are so cheap and affordable. The staffs are so cool and helpful; all items are generally available and I never seen they are out of stock. This big store is located next block of Bank of America drive thru.

  3. It’s very concerning to see how employee’s treat each other here. You’ve got a couple cashiers that need serious attitude adjustments. To correct a co worker in front of everyone as you lazily stand there doing nothing is ridiculous. To complain her doing something different than you,mrs entitled, held up HER line..as you do nothing…held up her line. The entitled opinion you had to announce and then complain about to another co worker in front of everyone. Unreal. Get it together. Sadly it’s the older ladies here that are the worst. You know better. At least you should

  4. This is a good place to shop if you are in a hurry. Some parts are very neat and clean but others are not. Sometimes there are people who go shopping and just make a mess, they take children and take care of them, they make a mess. In general terms I like this store.

  5. I’m sure I’ve rated this location before. However, I do love to shop here. The associates are great and this store has merchandise other stores don’t. Though that can be said of other stores. The ambience here though is friendly and personally hands-on accommodating. They have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to shop.

    Holy hell, what a mess. Before you even get inside the front windows look like they’ve never been cleaned. The store was also in disarray.

    Used to be an inventory MANAGER at the establishment and can honestly say this store is a terrible environment. Was working there for a couple months and the quality can be accredited but to one employee YOLANDA. Being she is the primary store manager it was unfortunate to hear the numerous accounts of bashing during and intentional misgendering after my departure considering the odd hours and the short notice of my schedules(coming in at 4am tho store hours is 9am) ….additionally the lack of support inventory staff receives is SAD (the clutter in previous reviews speak for itself). This store has had previous issues one including an associate having a physical altercation with the primary manager YOLANDA for feeling taken advantage of in their work …. I’m not generally one to leave reviews but previous customers/coworkers from this establishment have felt the need to inform me of certain accusations & statements made by this individual, in order to bring to light a long standing issue this review is important to show the lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by the head of staff.

    This Dollar Tree was great. The store was fairly stocked. It was clean and organized. Fast checkout. Fun experience ☺️

    This dollar tree was very nice 1 year ago, NOW…..It’s disgusting! Items all over the place on the floor. Shelves are empty.. you can not find anything. This store screams Poor management.

    The store’s employees were nice and friendly. However; the parking lot, store front entrance way, and appearance of store looks like Sandford & Sons Junk Yard. The parking lot is full of trash, trash can at door entrance was full and nasty looking, commercial dumpster was full and gate surrounding it is in disrepair, the entrance foyer floor is filthy, and the door is broken. $$$ 🌳 needs to work on. Store needed in area.
