  2. At 4:30 I walk in the door and the rude woman yelled we close at 5pm we close at 5pm! It’s not like it was 4:55 when I walked in the door. Very rude and unprofessional. She was also very rude to others who needed assistance. She needs retrained in customer service.

    Usually you are greeted here with someone asking how they can help you. I was ready to buy a lawn mower on the spot but had a couple questions. It was lunch time and they had more traffic than usual but I waited a good 10 minutes and walked the store end to end. Disappointed as service is this stores usual trademark.
