I wish his employees would have taken 10 minutes to answer the few questions I had. It would have saved alot of headaches. My sister and I went to Home Depot to get a Christmas tree that she had put on hold. They could not find the tree anywhere. The staff at this Home Depot were amazing! Tyler went over and above trying to find the tree -Randall, Laurel, and Cheryl all were so helpful! They really seemed like they loved their job which they said that they did love their job! We are very appreciative and we will make this our home store to shop even though we live in Saint Paul. We highly recommend this Home Depot and their Christmas displays were really fun outside! Thank you so much you’re good people
I was impressed by the large selection at the store. It did appear they had a shortage of knowledgeable workers, much like other businesses are experiencing. However, when we did find someone to help us, he was personable and at least knew where we could find things. I did experience “sticker shock” at some of the prices, but again, that may be an industry-wide problem. I doubt this Home Depot is more expensive than similar stores in the area but can’t say for sure as I didn’t have time to do price comparisons.
We spent $9,000 on Andersen windows and a door, April 2021. Between the shipping damage and the incorrect replacements I still don’t have my order complete. Now customer service is not returning my emails. I would not recommend buying windows from Home Depot.
Very convenient location. Generally well stocked but sometimes can run out of major items (had to go elsewhere for a range hood because last one in stock that we wanted was just sold). Check online before heading in if important.
While they have the product you need and they should, the customer service and staffing is horrific. Good luck trying to find someone to help you. Waited 30+ minutes for someone to cut a blind for me last month. Asked 4 different people and called the customer service number twice and still no one came to help me. Another time an associate was extremely disrespectful. I will never go to a home Depot again. Ace is closer and so much better. It’s not just this location. Seems like any time I’ve needed help there was no one available or I had to wait a large amount of time. There are some helpful folks, but not consistently.
