  1. I was told store was closed at 8:48. The web site states 9 PM. Store personnel excuse was they needed extra time. For what I don’t know. This has happened more that once to me. Hope someone at corporate reads this and does something about this issue.

  2. Store was messy, shelves were bare in some places, empty product wrappers from stolen goods on shelves, it was rough. Two workers were there, and neither bothered to greet me. I found most of what I needed, but not worth associate assistance. Very disappointing.

  3. I am from New England and I think we’re very privileged in the sense that we have dollar generals legit in every town and their stores aren’t trashy like these ones over here. Unless you go to the ghetto of Hartford or Bridgeport or Springfield

  4. It’s not very convenient when they’re not open when they’re supposed to be. 11am and there was a sign on the door saying they’re closed, it’s pretty often that this happens with this store in specific :/

Not only is the store a gross mess with hazards that put both employees and customers at risk, everything is severely under stocked as well and I put in an online order 6 hours before picking up that just sat and waited on ‘received order’ for six whole hours until the time frame finally passed (while I was on the way…) and it auto cancelled. Nobody contacted me, I opted in for texts and got none, and in all that time I didn’t get any response. I walk in to just grab the items I needed off the shelf but half of it wasn’t in stock which may have been the reason that they cancelled my order (after 6 hours…) but they could’ve contacted me saying they didn’t have my needs in stock. Any communication would’ve been nice. Maybe understaffed, wish corporate would pay their employees enough to make people want to work there.

    The aisles here always seem disorganized and messy. There was even a spill in the middle of the aisle but with only one worker nobody could clean it up. The line was long and very hot inside. I give two stars since the lady was very kind during checkout. I do not recommend this location at all.

    An employee told me they’ve been really shorted on people to work, but other than being mildly disorganized & items out of stock they don’t show it. It is clean, there’s always someone to help you if needed and they’re always open during store hours.

    Dollar general has recently changed their coupon deals. Making it harder to get a good deal on couponing. If they are going to be doing that the least they can do is make sure the stock is on the shelves and they give their employees more hours. 🙄 so that it is easier to shop in their stores. Having stock out on the floor and in carts across the store is a safety hazard and barely gives customers room to walk.

    I had just been in this location 20 minutes prior for a door dash. Trying to complete another door dash that was ordered and paid for; get to the store 15 minutes before they close. The ride girl i dealt with for the previous customer claims they got robbed and police told them to lock their doors, when I know for a fact they didn’t. These two lazy girls inside just didn’t want to do anything because they were already sweeping and closing the store. Worst service in this store ever.
