Ike in the major appliance is a really responsible staff. He helped me to correct my order placed incorrectly by someone else. He is very patient and professional. Most importantly, very friendly. The manager of the day was also able to help me with the situation. Overall, I think this Home Depot deserves a great review. They try hard to make customers first. They installed tile floors for our basement. Our house had never been remodeled so we had asbestos, they were quick to help us get a company out to remove it.By Margueite Long (a month ago)We ordered a large order here – 800+ pieces of wood, 24 bags of gravel, garden tools etc. we were told it would be ready next day delivered. We even called to confirm this before we ordered it and it was confirmed they’d deliver next day. The next day they said it was delayed, day after it was delayed again. Then delayed 4 days, so we said we’ll just pick it up, no delivery needed. Then went to the store to pick up, they didn’t have any of it ready or picked. We waited for over an hour for them to pick 40 pieces of wood. We waited, then took the wood home. Went back to pick up the gravel a few days later, they didn’t have it ready, customer service only had one person working. Had to wait again at customer service until a second person could assist. This has been an insane process, we had contractors in to build a fence and they were delayed, our contractor ended up picking up 400+ pieces of wood and he had to wait for 3 hours for them to pick the wood. We come here all the time but what is happening here! This has been a bad experience, the only plus is the lady that works at customer service is the best, she’s always on top of it and she’s always working really hard!! I wish she had more help, she seems like the most motivated and hard working!By Kimberley Campbell (2 weeks ago)We’re here so often when my toddler plays/pretends she’s going to work, she says she works at home Depot 😆. Getting into the plaza is a bit dicey since Costco is right behind it but if you can deal with a little bit of a funnel getting in, then your good! If I could suggest anything, it would be some grounds cleaning. I’ve brought my kids here several times to clean up trash because they were acting entitled. But between the taco time nearby, stander bys and the driveway to Costco there is always a ton of garbage tossed in the parking lot.By Emily Brooker (a year ago)

Its the standard Home Depot, exactly what you would expect. They have what you need for your projects among the row after row of many things. They also deliver. The website can be used to show what this particular store has. we have spent many times in the garden center. Great selection of dirt, potting soils, and containers. They have a great holiday selection when its time for Christmas or Halloween things.
Why the 4 stars? Because of the location on airport way and 99 can be a little sketchy. There is almost always an arrest happening on the street and this isnt the fault of home depot in any way. its just the neighborhood. Everett police have stepped up patrols in this area, but unfortunately you will want to park close to the store and not on the far end of the parking lot.
We are doing ALOT of house remodeling and bought more stuff than needed and they graciously let us return items some with recipes and some without.
The ones without a receipt we got a Home Depot gift card which was awesome. We used that to buy other items we needed.

Last visit after Christmas , took me by surprise that I can not pay by tapping 🤷🏻♀️.
We bought our new refrigerator here a few weeks ago. Staff was nice and helpful in our process. We already knew what we wanted from looking online so we just made sure in person we liked it and made our purchase. It was the best over all other businesses and it only took 2 weeks to get it. We paid for delivery, installation and removal of our old refrigerator and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were fast and efficient. They took our front door off the hinges and out it back on. They didn’t cause any damage to our house in spite of maneuvering the large heavy appliances through tight spaces and turns. I highly recommend buying your next refrigerator here.
What can I say? It’s the grown person’s toy store. On the last trip, I was looking for a barbecue with a rotisserie by Nexgrill. Unfortunately, they were out of the one I wanted. I wound up with an entryway mat. The floor person spent about a half hour helping me. It’s a great place to shop.
