I tend to get lost everytime I venture through their doors! There is very little organization or rhyme and reason to how the health and beauty products are displayed. If you try to look at something, you more than likely will knock an item off the rack. To find the best deal it takes time to go through everything. I can’t ever seem to find a pair of shoes that I like in my size, and women’s jeans…? But maybe it’s just the styles that are messed up? And not one employees approached me or barely looked my way. No greeting or concern of my experience. Customer service is a lost art around this town, very sad. Always a hit and miss in regards to cleanliness and staff attitude. Last time we were there it looked like a gang of hoodlums we’re running the place. Got what we needed and got out.

I had a great laugh with the customer service lady. Really nice people! Great selection of kitchen items and bedding!
Wildly disorganized, and only 1/3 of the staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff prefer to chat with each other at the front of the store while one person runs a register. Expect to take 10-30mins in the checkout line. Overlooking most of the clothes in the wrong sections, dirty floors, and sketchy dressing rooms, there are some decent household deals to be found.
It’s a Ross. Selection is spotty but you can find those rare gems if you look hard enough. Their foods section, while small has a good selection of gourmet items most of the time.
