Processing speed: 11/10 The processing speed is second to none. Example: The prescription arrived at the pharmacy on Friday, and the goods were at my house on Saturday morning. (And that was not an isolated case, but is standard) Hohenzollern, on the other hand, calls and offers to arrange a weekend delivery for a small surcharge. For a cancer patient like me TOP! The staff seemed uncoordinated and we had to wait a good 20 minutes at the counter because of a double booking of a drug and a subsequent system error. I’ve been a customer there for years and have always received excellent advice. In my experience, the competence of all employees is consistently at the highest level, the manners are impeccable and particularly pleasing: there is always time for a personal conversation, never pressure of time. This is comparatively rare and is therefore only one good reason why I like coming to this pharmacy. Kudos to the boss and her team!
