  3. Tonight I was at the pharmacy and needed eye drops because I had irritated eyes.
    We have also described this to Mrs. Stoll.

    Ms. Stoll took something off the shelf and simply said “anything else?”.
    Like placing an order at a meat counter.

    When asked, the good lady could hardly give us any information.

    Such people must not be allowed to sell medicines etc. under any circumstances.

    I hope that this criticism will be taken seriously and that Ms. Stoll will receive training on how to conduct such discussions.

    As an example for Mrs. Stoll:
    – is the intake known?
    – what symptoms do you have?
    – are you allergic to this or that ingredient?
    – you mention what the drug is good for
    – or recommends medication that can provide additional support

    I hope that no customer has to go through such an experience again.

  5. I only choose the pharmacy if it’s after 8 p.m. Because this has until 10:00 p.m. and the prices are accordingly.

    Usually this is my favourite pharmacy. The people there are always friendly and they mostly have everything in stock. But I have a big problem with their PCR test. The corona app specific qr code they gave me for the results does not work. The app does not recognize it and the results I got per email do not have a qr code at all.

    before I always had to drive to a few pharmacies before I found my favorite allergy nasal spray or my favorite FFP2 masks. The Medipark pharmacy has very well selected products. The staff are very nice.

    Resolute but friendly, the employee for the PCR test. I like that. Don’t babble, just do what needs to be done! It was super quick and easy and wasn’t as bad as I had “feared”. Full understanding that you don’t want to keep small talk with a corona-positive person longer than necessary!

    Very friendly and helpful team. I had a complex issue, for which the pharmacist took a lot of time and gave me really good advice, so that I found a solution where my doctor could not help me.

    Was at the PCR test in the middle of the week, the conversation at the counter with a gentleman was very friendly and considerate. Conducting the PCR test (by an employee) almost escalated. I was not allowed to ask pre-sampling questions that were important to me, and was forcefully, inappropriately, advised to do so. I was clearly told to keep my mouth shut, unbelievable! In short, such behavior is unacceptable and I have never experienced it!
