  2. If I don’t want to go shopping Thrift, I go here. You can go to Savers or any of those other places to get good deals, but if you want something brand new, especially in professional attire for men! Get your a$$ over there!

  3. This store has gone downhill. I’ve been a customer for years. It’s a mess, help is hard to find. Long lines and wait time. not staffed well. I’m disappointed because I spend a lot of money in this store. Honestly, I don’t care to shop here anymore. I will continue on occasion but it requires an overhaul within the management. I couldn’t understand the staff because the English was broken and unclear, sadly it requires more staff.

  4. I have never felt more like a store only cares about my money than about me or customer service. The only girl at the register would call the next customer by calling, “Next purchase”. Heaven forbid there were any questions. She just wanted to take our money.

  5. I went in today and I found the cutest pair of shoes. When I got up to the checkout there was two grown intimating men hassling the cashiers about returning clearly worn dirty shoes. The men were absolutely pathetic and rude. They were gaslighting and not taking no for an answer, from what I saw they were already up there for at least 20 min. The workers handled the situation with grace. I left before the men left but I appreciate the workers and how they handled the situation… I would have lost my cool. They deserved to be cussed at and kicked out.

    I went there today 8/26/2022 at 11:35pm. Website states that they close at 12am. I don’t like going so late before their closing time but I needed something from here last minute. For some reason the employees decided to block the entrance with carts to prevent any customers from entering. I work in the service industry too. If you’re going to be doing things like this maybe you shouldn’t work.

    This Ross is where i always go for many things everyone is so welcoming and nice they really help you out when needed is clean and so far its always well put together.

    A decent Ross, but I don’t particularly appreciate how the woman at the dressing room glared at me while excessively searching through all the pockets of the SINGLE PAIR OF PANTS I was trying on. Is it a better practice to try to catch a few petty shoplifters or to treat customers with basic levels of respect? Also, someone seemed to think it was a good idea to have only two cashiers working on a Saturday afternoon.

    Not an enjoyable place like some of the other Ross’s. Store was messy and cluttered. I did find a couple of things I would have purchased but the line was awful. Definitely need more employees for registers and keeping the store orderly.

    So many people you couldn’t go down the aisle very well. Often had to back out and go around. Hard to find sizes because it had been picked through. But good prices and pretty good selection. Long check out line so plan accordingly.
