  1. I NEVER shopped in a Ross before, it reminds me of a Burlington, TJ Maxx, and Marshall. I don’t like places that looks cluttered or disorganized but it’s a nice place to shop for a discount. They get 5 star’s for things like this but 3 because of the cluttering feeling I don’t really like shopping in places like this.

  2. all the time when I’m coming to this store it’s a long line and it’s one cashier open customer service is really bad customer workers speak with another worker and they don’t care about the long line. not recommend

  4. I feel, we get better value for bucks at Kohl’s OR even at Old Navy than here. Nevertheless, the items are neatly stacked/arranged and the place is kept neat n tidy. NOT for me, though.

  5. there was a long line and 2 out of the 4 registers have turned off their lights. They should acknowledge that they should be taking care of their customers who have been waiting in a line for about 20 minutes. This is such bad service. Never coming here again

    The wait wasn’t long (I arrived before my appointment) and the front waiting area was comfortable and spacious. The owner was really kind and helpful with everything. He laid out the instructions and next steps very clearly. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family for fingerprinting, passport photos, and other photography needs.

    Avoid Ross Imaging. Slow service, expensive prices and incompetent technical expertise. Go across the street to Staples for better service, lower prices and better technical expertise.

    They where extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the best out of some 20 year expired film, super surprised at the quality of the scans I got back, not to mention how great my personal scans came back from the new rolls I brought in. Will definitely tell everyone I know about this place!
