However I was told when I ordered my new phone I could come in and the staff would help switch me over to my new phone. When I went in today there was an available sales associate that was no help at all and was extremely reluctant to even help me put the screen protector on. I understand being short staffed but if someone is available please be there to help. If another customer would have came in I would gladly step to the side and allow them to be taken care of. Usually I wouldn’t complain about long waits. But they intentionally don’t have any seats so you’ll walk around and hopefully buy something else. Please be decent and add some seats.
Workers were very nice but Verizon doesn’t seem to fix my phone. Workers just said “I don’t know, maybe Best Buy has a way to fix”
Again, not the workers fault. They actually seemed frustrated and tried to help
Don’t go here. For a “corporate” location they don’t know what they’re doing. I went in to turn my phone in for a trade in and they didn’t want to help me with it. Literally tried to send me to Kahala because I got my new phone from there. The girl said they probably processed the phone to be shipped in, which I knew wasn’t the case. They simply could’ve said “LET ME HELP YOU WITH THE TRADE IN SINCE IT LOOKS LIKE IT HASNT BEEN PROCESSED” but no. They said nothings on their end. Then Blamed customer service for “fixing” the problem, because customer service said they should be able to take it. When there was no problem they just didn’t want to do the return. I was there for over an hour. For something that took less than 5min. Second time I’ve been there. Customer service ALWAYS sucks. Don’t go here.
the manager adam is terrible, i went in with a working phone and left unable to make calls or text. i was on the store phone with verizon tech support who said to give me new sim and he refused. im switching to tmobile now
Not sure why, but they always act irritated by customers here.
They definitely don’t like helping customers who just have questions about VERIZON phones or plans.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
