We stopped by Verizon store in ewing TCNJ Campus Center. We were so lucky to be greeted by Brett Hoffman. Brett was extremely patient, knowledgeable, cordial and he listened to what we wanted and needed to do. We just wanted to replace our phone. Brett understood our tech limitations and didn’t try to talk us into something we neither needed or wanted. He is a real GEM. I’m sure the campus community is thrilled to have someone so tech-savvy nearby, however for us old folks in the community it was a PLEASURE to speak to someone who was extremely helpful, patient and competent. This store has been able to handle everything quickly, efficiently and PROFESSIONALLY. This time around, they didn’t have a product in stock, but Matt (manager) was happy to help me with a watch I was forced to purchase elsewhere. I was in and out in 10 minutes, with the watch activated and specific instructions on how to deactivate my old watch with Verizon customer service (has to be done over the phone). It’s hard to find excellent service these days, but this place delivers EVERY time. He was nice at first but once i explained my issue his attitude changed! He kept on repeating that i needed to go in person and not call to do anything with my phone. Unlocked phone but i bought new phone one. He had assisted me 2 yrs prior due to another unexpected scenario with my I Pro. Previous experience like current one. I just wanted to write this review to thank Alex the worker for helping me. My phone of 7 years has been shutting off and on and I needed it fixed ASAP as I need my phone for work. Alex who had just helped a woman ahead of us fix her cellphone offered his help then found out our phone battery was pretty much fried. He then recommended numerous options (both financially viable and not unbeknownst to him) and we decided to trade in my old phone for the new iPhone. It was a steep price but Alex got us a discount that virtually negated the price of my phone. He then helped us transfer all data from one to the next all while entertaining with great conversation and informational advice. And I am now a proud owner of a new Phone that I am currently writing this positive review of Alex the worker
