She was dismissive and unprofessional and lacked people skills. When i asked for her name she identified as Zara, one of the managers of the store. I walked into Verizon and got so lucky because Kevin Galeas was at his desk and offered to help me. My phone wasn’t getting Verizon and he tried a few things to diagnose the problem. He figured it out within minutes! And taught me how to reset the network.. presto!! My iPhone is working perfectly now I might upgrade with Kevin. Verizon is very very lucky to have such a professional, intelligent and great with customer service at there store! You saved me from going to Apple, that’s why I am a loyal Verizon customer!! Special thanks to Marley who helped us in a pinch. My daughter’s phone broke while on a school trip to Miami. Marley helped me immensely handle the situation and get her a new phone at a good price and set it up. It was many phone calls and time. His patience was above and beyond! Thanks again!
I’m in here on vacation, and my phone froze. No amount of troubleshooting resolved the issue. Without access to my phone, I couldn’t order an Uber, so I “hoofed” it to this Verizon. outlet. Jose worked very patiently (near closing time)
trying to solve the issue. I ultimately had to go to Verizon corporate, but Godfrey ordered me an Uber and they both waited with me outside (and the store was closed by then) to be sure I safely got into the Uber. Superb and extraordinary customer service!!!!

When coming in to the store I would suggest to ask for him.
I have been using Verizon for over 21 years. I saw the yellow Iphone and had to see it. Michael B at the Verizon store on 41st was wonderful. He walked me through everything. He made sure I understood. He made sure that I knew I could call if I had any questions. He never treated me as if I am technically challenged. He is great and everyone should be so lucky to have a Michael B to help them with a new purchase.
