  5. My new company, based on over 20 years in my business, invested about $25,000 with Multiview for a digital marketing campaign and one ad in a newsletter run. I did not get one sale as a result. Plenty of leads not appropriate for my business. After much effort, I got a refund for about $3,000 only due to pressure from my industry national association. Regular meetings to help them focus on my target audience did not help. Their Executive VP, while pleasant sounding, was more used car salesman than professional. I heard worse stories from colleagues in my business having to resort to legal action. 100% total waste of money and many, many hours.They are not on your team to help your company grow…their focus is only on grabbing your money.

    They feed you but the front desk lady is not that friendly. She is incapable of smiling. They won’t give you correct parking information on the email and then get an attitude when you get confused. Wish I would have ignored the call. Then you won’t know what level you parked on and they won’t care or help

    I have been to two focus groups and they are always fun. The researchers conducting the groups are always very personable. The staff who calls to see if you are qualified for the group are very friendly and even if you don’t qualify they are professional about it and tell you that they hope you will be a right fit for a future group. Pay is great too! Sign up as soon as you can with this company they are always looking for different people.
