3 months agoCar wash is fairly cheap and they do a good job. They pre-wash your car by hand which I believe makes a big difference. Been back multiple times and my car comes out fairly clean. The only complaint I have is there is generally a line but I guess that comes with keeping your customers happy. I will continue to use this place and would recommend.a month agoHonestly I was really questioning if they would do a good job since some of the reviews were saying otherwise. This is my second time coming and the employees really do a great job on my car. Customer service in the front it always the best! The staff is always nice, understanding and respectful. 💯🚗 their hours only change when daylight savings change. Also free vacuums are a plus!4 months agoI only come to this carwash place because my company has a card with them, and everytime I come there’s always a problem with the menu machine. Also, the actual carwash is great, if you like scratches on your clear coat and don’t mind running your vehicle twice as it doesn’t clean very well. Yes, these aren’t to replace an actual hand wash, but I’ve used automatic carwashes that are much better. Again, I only come here to wash the company vehicle.a month agoThese guys went above and beyond to clean my car that had bugs on the windscreen. True customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

2 months agoI go there several times a week to wash our trucks and tankers. They usually do a great job. They miss a spot a few times but not often. Really good guys. And no streaks3 months agoHe asked me before the wash if there was anything specific that I wanted paid attention to. I said please get the front and rear of the trailer clean and use brightener and double rinse if you have to so that it’s not covered in streaks. the nose and rear of the trailer are Chrome and I needed it looking good for a show that I was going to and this is what it was after it dried. I just hate the fact that I paid extra for the brightener and everything and after waiting in line for almost 2 hours I couldn’t go get back in line I had to go so I had to deal with this ugly mess.6 months agoUsually, all Blue Beacon locations are busy. I managed to pull in the lineup and called the store because it was a long lineup and trucks were going in pretty slow for wash. I was told that they have a wait time of up to two hours and presently, they only have one operational wash bay. Local drivers might be aware, but I didn’t know that some construction/upgrading work was going on at the second wash bay. Otherwise, I could have a different plan. A photo was taken when I was close to entering the working wash bay. It would have been helpful if they had posted a sign at the entrance about operating with only one functioning wash way or had a staff member at the entrance to inform the customers. Overall, it was a neat wash, but the wait time was horrendous.3 weeks agoHad my truck washed on Thursday morning July 7th around 9:00 in bay 2. I have been driving for longer than most of you have been alive and I will say this was the best wash job I have seen done in a very long time. The young man in charge of that bay made sure it was done correctly. please teach the want to be Blue Beacon off of North Loop in Houston how to wash trucks. All I can say is job well done and I will be back to this location.a month agoVery bad they are washing, I arrived at 6:40 am today 06/23/23, and look at the photo how the truck turned out after washing, I don’t know what’s going on but this Blue Beacon has lost prestige, it’s a shame, because for me, it was one of the best

David S. Tried to bribe me with a 5 star review for a black ice air freshener. The scent I hate the most. At the end when the blower comes on to dry your car off it’s almost as if those blowers totally missed my suv. My SUV was completely drenched still. Then it also seems as if the tire shine station didnt work. My tires weren’t shiny. They were just wet. Worst location I’ve been to service wise. Customer service was the 2nd best though. Edit: After viewing my car in the sun the clear coat finish on the hood has spider webbed. It looks terrible. It is scratched all to hell!!! I will not be visiting this place again. I will be in contact with my insurance and this place to see what can be done to fix it. Starting to think maybe quick car washes are not the solution.
We bought the membership for two vehicles and definitely get our money’s worth in a months time. Got a free air freshener for a 5 star review. Janson
Shut down Quick Quack Carwash or Be aware of the Quick Quack Carwash operations scheme! They train employees to offer multiple car wash packages, but refuse to post signs or have employees inform customers of tape being placed on back windshield wiper. My first time using the car wash and I was not made aware that blue painters tape was placed on my back windshield wiper. As I drove off heading to a funeral my back wiper was destroyed. Management informed me that I have an old vehicle and they are not responsible for any damages. Of course I can repair damages, but it’s the whole point! Signs should be visible and workers should inform customers of such alterations.
The strongest suctioning vacuums I’ve ever used! I loved the damp cleaning rags and blowers at each station. I only got a basic wash which was only $10 so I thought that was reasonable.
It’s a good wash. But a little pricey compared to other businesses that do the same thing. For example, whitewater car wash is about $10 cheaper per package on average. And they have guys at the front that actually scrub your bumper and your tail to make sure it’s clean. Where at this location it’s just one guy with a water hose sprinkling your windshield to make sure your automatic windshield wipers don’t turn on.
