2 months agoI was skeptical when mod wash purchased the old car wash on west bay… since the re model I am in love! The facility offers an amazing car wash, powerful vacuums, pressured air to get dirt and leaves out of nooks and crannies, and window cleaner. My truck looks amazing and I am super happy! The staff was sensational as well! Christian was very accommodating and helped me get everything I needed during my visit! Plus their air fresheners are the best!!3 months agoLove this car wash. They even have a free bug station to remove those nasty bugs from the front bumper. Love that they provide towels to dry the outside of your car. Brett came to help me wipe down my car, He was so friendly . Love their membership deals, saves you alot of money monthly for washing your car!2 months agoAlways clean area to clean my car and I feel as safe as possible to do so without fear of anything going wrong. We come here very often due to reclaimed water sprinklers and the service is OUTSTANDING!! This company has amazing people working for them. in the last weekAfter many years as a loyal customer, something happened today that I cannot let go of and also caused my decision not come back. First they placed the carpets in the back incorrectly so they had to force them causing it to deform a bit. But that was not the worst, they broke the selector knob of my AC and nobody notified me, they just hid it so that I would not notice, which I noticed at the moment since when I got into the vehicle the function of sending AC to the feet was selected and I never use that, and when I went to change it I noticed the broken piece. I understand that it is part of the job that things sometimes break but it is unacceptable that the client is not notified and compensated for it. We are talking about a almost new vehicle with just 3k miles on it so there is no need for the owner to have to accept that the part just broken on a vehicle that he barely bought. I already try to place the plastic piece back and doesn’t works since the clips are broken.5 months agoEfficient & thorough. Even if they’re busy I order the Gold Package and am out in 40 minutes. Everyone is kind and you can leave cash tips in a box while you wait outside for your car. I have never left unsatisfied with the job! Thank you!2 months agoFirst time went in today easy to pull up my only complaint is the guys detailing my car left my car on while drying it I think they forgot my car was a push start 😥 other then that for the price I would stay away from wooden wash on ulmerton as there wash pads are extremely abrasive and will peel pain cuzibs seems to use a softer pad and slower wash tha. Doesn’t leave scratches or streaks yes I took a $60k Mercedes through here inspected it and 0 scratches so I’m impressed.2 months agoI’ve gone here many times over the years off and on and they do a great job. Sometimes too great, and they will get backed up. Best to go off hours. I make sure I tip well because their service is excellent!2 months agoThis crew is a none stop crowd of really hard working, nice and very polite people. Totally recommended. Great results in record time for a decent price.

I love this car wash! I signed up for the monthly service as it makes the most sense due to the line of business I’m in and glad I did so. The vacuums are great, they have the mini air compressor hose to get in the tight spots and also offer glass AND multi purpose cleaner. I also can’t forget Ed! Every time I come he makes the experience enjoyable, always polite and courteous and doing whatever he can to help.
Mikhail was so helpful with paying attention to detail and making sure my car was free from bird droppings after coming out of the car wash. He was polite and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

HEATHER IS AMAZING AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BE PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD. It is really awesome to be treated well when you are having one of the worst months of your life. I can’t thank her enough and I want to many it very clear that this interaction changed the rest of my day. I know that people think that small interactions don’t matter, but she really changed the rest of my day, week, month, and year. Kindness is far more important than you could ever know. I’m in medicine and I am kind all day. Having just one person treat me kindly outside my job really made the rest of my day change. Please please give this woman employee of the month, give her a raise, recognize her in the company. I wish I could have tipped her. I would like to choose the amount she receives here. You will never know the impact she made today.
