  Stocks of items still at Soviet Union levels. Didn’t find a foam toilet seat and didn’t find a kitchen stacking tray. The Hot Wheels Legends Tour event was in the parking lot and there weren’t enough of the latest cases and models and the lines were 1 mile long!

  Clean and busy. The parking lot is difficult to get into because of how close this is to Southfield Freeway. There are a lot of self-checkouts, and fast checkout lanes which makes paying easy. I wanted to use a price checker in the store to see how much something cost, but the machine was gone even though the sign near the sporting goods was still there.

  I go in for subway at lunch and they are quick to get your order done 🙂, but I went to the bathroom and left my wallet, I returned about 20 minutes later, it was gone, I went to customer service where they look like they didn’t want to be there or help anyone,worse I called for 2 days now, no answer, but they will hang it up! Not good customer service, I should know, been doing it well for over 20 years.

  Just had to take a quick second to say how much I love my new LG TV that I purchased at the Taylor Walmart location. They, obviously, have a multitude of items that I readily use since it is a Walmart Supercenter. But I am definitely happy with my new Television 📺. As is the case with all Walmart stores, there is ample parking available and it’s handicap accessible. Masks are optional at this time.

  I really don’t like wal mart, for personal reasons, this was my 1st time in a store in 10 yrs. I had to go here for my insurance card, it was a great experience compared to the other stores I could have gone to. The employees were helpful and respectful. Beatrice needs a promotion and a raise. Went out of her way more than once to assist me. She is the biggest reason this was a pleasant experience.

  Went mostly to return soda bottles that I had bought at Walmart, their brand and there were only 2 machines working & the machine did not take all the bottles, left 27 bottles in the garbage container. Then I went to the bakery dept. To get sliced Italian bread, they didn’t have the bread sliced, only unsliced. I asked an associate in the bakery if I could get them sliced. I would have bought 8 loaves. She told me the slicing machine was broken. 🤔
  Then I went to self scan check out. I couldn’t use my measly
  .90 bottle return there. Was told I had to take it to customer service. So many people at customer service, I just skipped it and left with my purchases. Went there to return their bottles & get bread specifically. So kind of a bummer trip.

  Average Walmart but this location’s delivery team is horrible, just lazy and they don’t want to do their job so they’ll delay your order until you cancel it then you’ll wait 10 days for your money back. Overall ok location if you go in to shop and get your own items

  Terrible!!!!!! Pickup is a joke. Waited an hour for a pickup and not one time did any employees come out and help the over 20 people waiting for pickup orders. No manager in sight!!! Called the store and of course no answer. This is unacceptable. I saw at least 3-4 employees in pickup but not one pickup order ready. People getting out of cars going to the door😠😠 Still no service. JUST CLOSE DOWN PLEASE!!!! This kinda of service is unwanted. Management should be fired also too. No one supervising or answering the phone. Whole store needs to close!!!! TRASH

  It was clean, fast, not over crowded, and we didn’t even wait 2 minutes in self check. We were in a regular line that was about 2 carts deep. We decided not to wait and hoped we could get the security lock off our item in self check. We did no problem. Found almost all our presents in one stop.

  Went to pick up an item I bought online. Went into the store and asked a couple employees that were standing around doing nothing where I go to pick up my item. They told me to go to the customer service counter so I thanked them and went on my way. A 20 minute wait in line later and I’m told that pick ups are strictly curbside in the back of the building. So either the employees lied to me or are so incompetent that they don’t know the store’s online pick up policy. Once I got to the actual pick up spot the rest of my transaction went smoothly. My initial interaction with those two employees still has me baffled and angry. I will not be back anytime soon

  I stopped here today to get a few items on my way home. Very nice super store. Tricky parking lot hard to navigate. This store has a large variety of items. There were three cashiers and self serve that were open. No lines! I go outside and notice a tall thin black guy standing at the door now he is following me. He had an old white land cruiser. He is taking pictures with his cell phone. What’s up with that? What’s wrong with people today? Everything doesn’t have to be posted on social media!!!

  it is well stocked. I like what I see. They have raised the prices a lot. What I don’t like is that there are very few cashiers available and there are a lot of employees talking in the corridors and looking at their phones and with a lot of people in Fila they only have 2 cashiers, everyone doesn’t like to pay at the easy checkouts where you have to bag your products and it crashes every second.

  They don’t pull expired food off the shelves and give people are hard time about returning or exchanging the item. It takes forever to check out because they have no check outlines open but you will see 3 or 4 people up front just talking when you have huge lines going almost to the other side of the store.

  What an embarrassment the way Walmart handles self checkout. Absolutely no order whatsoever. There was one young lady servicing all customers(50 or more), she looked terrified and with every right. I could see the theft happening with what little knowledge I have of the situation.
  Factual observation it is setup to steal from easy. I could see customers shifting tags around, I could prove nothing. But their behavior suggested their actions were clandestine.
  And in lieu of how Walmart has gained permission to execute thieves in a sense. And the fact that a multi billion dollar organization is criminally prosecuting individuals to the full extent(beyond getting the assigned value back). Really asks the question are they protecting their merchandise or taking a crusade against theft.
  The other superstores adapted, Walmart decided to stay the same. It’s clear that they are making no effort on their end to fix this. Yes the theft is the problem. But much greater harm is being caused by this method. Peoples lives are forever damaged or killed over a few bucks.
  I do sympathize with Walmart as I don’t like to be stolen from either. But I also think this could be approached from a different perspective to solve both the theft and the need for automated checkouts.

  Store was well stocked and clean enough. What I really didn’t care for was how the only option was self-checkout. There were no REAL CASHIERS you could go to. No other option. I don’t mind self-checkout for just a few items, but when I have a whole cart full of stuff it’d be nice to just unload it onto a conveyor belt and send it on down. I don’t even mind bagging it all myself at the end. It’s just nice to check out with a real person.

  So I spoke to the greeter this a.m. saying good morning how are you…he didn’t reply. On the way out I was asked to see my receipt by the same person and the other lady asked if she needed to show hers to which he replied no. Was I upset, yes. He said it was store policy, if so EVERYONE’S should be checked!!! I’m so tired of the some they check and some they don’t….and you can draw your own conclusions on that scenario!!

  One cashier open and it was busy Sunday late morning. Cut off twice by same employee in isle (nearly crashed into me) with not so much as a oops (acknowledgment)or excuse me. One cashier lane open on busy Sunday early afternoon. 3 to 4 assistants at self checkouts of which only 2 we’re ever needed at one time. Not a fan of the self service checkouts at all. Part of what I enjoy about going out is that one on one exiting experience. It is what makes or breaks visit…..and the ratings.

  Placed food order to be delivered to mother . 8 hours past delivery time , hang up on me after phone rings for 10 minutes and I paid them $9.95 for delivery. Still no update on when she will receive food 🙄
  Really sad they don’t have better customer service , employees who won’t hang phone up while saying they can’t hear out of phone as soon as picked up and food delivered when customer schedules it. Never used Myers but looking like they will receive my $200 monthly order for her!!

  I was thinking about giving this location a 2 stars but it is “good enough” for a visit from time to time. This shouldn’t be your regular Walmart. If you don’t mind driving, like I don’t mind driving. It’s another, actually two Walmart, not that far from this location. May another 15m drive further out. If you can, just avoid this Canton location. It’s a mess. The hot food area and cashiers are the worst parts. No matter how much groceries you have in your cart. CART FILLED TO TOP. You will be forced to go to self check. Can you imagine
