  1. This is my first time to H Mart. Was so surprised entering into H Mart. Felt like a mini town with so many stuffs inside. They have restaurants, gaming , bakery , live fresh sea food stuffs , groceries, utensils and more . Looks like a small tourist place too 🙊🙊🙊 Must visit place. So many variety of wild caught fish and also farm fish are available. Live lobsters and lot more are there. Do checkout.

  2. Love this store. This was my first time exploring and the things they sell are amazing. The fruits and vegetables are so fresh! I met friends and had a great lunch. We ended up spending 2 hours there yesterday. Loved the food we ate and the entire experience.

  3. Isles are way to tight and there are always 2-3 employees stocking items making it even harder to navigate. Restockers should only restock during non busy times or after closing, not at noon on a weekend/weekday. If you like saying “Excuse me” every three seconds, and stocking employees almost smirking knowing the boxes they have are in the way of most of the items in each isle, then this is your place to go!

  4. One of my favorite Korean supermarkets in town and I love how well kept, clean, and managed it is. They have everything from grocery shopping to bakery to food court here. A place where a whole family from any nationality can enjoy their time – truly global. Their selection is vast and not just Korean but they carry items from other Asian countries and their food court restaurants are amazing! They have a bar and live music as well as a nice Korean hair salon. Hmart and 99 Ranch market are the best Asian supermarket chains in Austin hands down.

    I have used Walmart Photo for large prints for many, many years. Today I had two 16×20’s printed. They were both cut crooked and neither would fit in the 16×20 frames I bought. If they are going to cut them crooked it would be nice if they were a little too small rather than too large. I’m going crazy trying to cut off the correct amount so that they will fit in the frames. 👎🏻

    Since when the customers have to ask for help, what happened to can I help you sir? today I spent $230.40 on approximately 150 items that I had to scan and bag myself with four people just standing around chitchatting, and when I asked for help, I was told most of them are new and can’t run to the register so you have to do your own check out. Wow, no wonder HEB is doing so good, well, they just gained another customer.

    Relatively easy in & out today. Only issue was getting in & out of the parking lot as it’s under construction. Being repainted & all the disabled signs were ripped out. Not sure how long it will be like this & what the plans are for any more disabled parking areas.

    Took truck to get spare tire dismounted so I could use it and these guys said they could do it. They had me wait 2 hours until I had to give up and have the kids taken home and come back to pick up. Then the tire is sitting against the wall and they said the tire was too big for the machine and couldn’t dismount. At this point you have to realize this is why you go to discount tire during the week days. Tried to get it and leave and there are 1/8” deep gouges all around the wheel and the rim is gashed up in about 5 spots. The shop manager said that’s because it’s not a factory wheel. It is the one from under the truck that was on there from the factory. It’s clear they just effed the wheel up and didn’t want to accept responsibility and pretended it was already damaged because it was “aftermarket” I wonder if they say that to the Walton’s when they roll up in the Rolls Royce all the cheap or non existent labor saved them to buy when they get a flat.

    Auto department is a joke. Zero leadership out there. They knocked out 3 cars in 45 minutes. Then took 1 hour for the car I front of me. Then did mine in 15 minutes after I lost my patience at the 2 hour mark of waiting. I’m very concerned They messed up my car or didn’t do the oil change at all. Trash service.

    Wow! Wish Oklahoma had a H.E.B. or as we was miscalling it heb lol. Very clean grocery store with wonderful and helpful staff. This location has everything you need from a flower shop, groceries, sushi, deli & fresh meat section, many healthy items to choose from, wines & beers, outside decor and plants, kitchenware. Definitely a good place to get your necessities.

    I love this HEB, especially their produce department. Katelyn and Crystal that work there always have their fruit and veggie platters fully stocked and very organized and everything is so fresh.They do an amazing job. This is the place to go to if you need last minute things or even if you going to a bbq or a party to just quickly grab one or two of their platters of fruit and veggies.

    Pretty much all HEBs deserve top marks against other grocery store chains. However, some HEBs are better than others, but thankfully this is a good one! They’re all fun to browse clean, and inviting. This location is no different. Staff is always helpful and you’ll never have trouble finding a service member if you need help. On weekends you’ll find great samples that will encourage you to buy more than you came for. The products are generally fresh and setup tidy. The organization makes clear sense and the huge signs above different aisles really help. Parking here is pretty easy but it’s on a very busy intersection so expect massive weekend crowds.

    Summary: Huge selection, great prices and friendly employees. Details: even on the busiest day, the parking is a plenty. This is one very big store with many deals to be had. Also, it’s updated and clean. The employees are super nice even while dealing with huge crowds.

    This is my favorite HEB in the whole Austin area. The produce is always fresh and plentiful, the selection of meats is HUGE, and, although this might matter very little to some, they always have a very unique varieties of beers (usually having choices that even Total Wine doesn’t carry). The layout is easy to navigate, with plenty of room to maneuver, which cuts down on any instances of shopping cart “traffic jams” that occur when perusing the wares. I haven’t had much interaction with the employees (accept for the delightful self-checkout lady), but it seems like they’re enthusiastic and helpful (a far cry from a lot of other establishments where customers basically become invisible once they enter). It’s rarely all that crowded, so getting in and out, even during “peak” times, is very easy. Overall, I have not encountered an HEB that offers this much in one location, and that is why, even though I moved to a different area of Austin and it’s out of the way, the Lakeline HEB Plus will always be my go-to spot for grocery shopping.
