The automated wash portion cleans well, depending on the curves of the vehicle. There are self serve bays once you go through for vacuuming, with towels and spray for wiping down in more detail. Looks like the installation of the car wash equipment inside the tunnel has been completed. I miss the mirror that they used to have over the entrance…it helped me align my wheels to the track without relying on the tech guiding me in.
The soap dispensing is better but the air driers are worse.
Last comment – come on boys, the girls are killing it when it comes to towel drying! They do a much better job of drying the entire vehicle. Many times the boys miss or skip parts of my vehicles and I have to dry them myself. I know the towel dry is a “courtesy” but I would hope they would take more pride in their efforts and dry the whole car.

I really want to like this place but their equipment is inconsistent with respect to soap dispensing, front end washing,rinsing, and tire cleaning – overall effectiveness is barely adequate.
The location is ideal for me but the quality of the car wash is fairly low.
The kids that towel dry your vehicle after the wash are also very inconsistent. The young ladies do a much more thorough job than the young men. Go ladies! And come-one men, keep up!
It appears that they recently installed a new soaping and air blower system. The soaping system does dispense more soap but the air driers appear rather ineffective.
Sadly, the actual spinners and hanging washing things are only partially effective. My wheels never get cleaned and the front end of my vehicles always have bug guts after washing. It might be different if I didn’t get my vehicles washed regularly allowing the dried bug guts to really harden and therefore be tough to remove but that is not the case. I visit often.
So I am considering changing car washes but I really don’t want to go farther from home to do so. Got a decision to make.
a month agoAm here for wash and finished wash at about 7:50 vacuuming car, all of a sudden power goes out and vacuum doesn’t work and the staff couldn’t help. I asked for some towels to clean wet car and they couldn’t help either and am asked to return the following day. Have been regular customer for last 5 yrs and this is insane, why will they wash car and not let me vacuum.3 weeks agoTried reaching them for this issue via website but since their webform is broken and they don’t answer the phone I guess this will have to do. This is only one of 2 locations we use. We normally use the RM620 location close to Round Rock and don’t have this issue. At this location we have experienced 3 times our roof of our 2021 Subaru Forester tag PKZ 4330 cave in, loud pop in an pop out due the the air nozzles either pushing too much air for the more delicate and lightweight fuel efficient cars these days and/or due to the nozzles pointing straight down onto the car surface instead of slightly angled. This has happened 3 times, (every time we told the on-shift supervisor) if it was not for this I would rate this outfit 6 out of 5 stars. This is a simple fix and I know for a fact 2 things: 1. This is horrible for the paint job when this violent movement of the panels occurs. 2. This certainly doesn’t happen to only my car. I am not coming back here until this is fixed and if you are reading this and own a fuel-efficient car with lighter gauge body work for fuel economy, then please take this as a warning. Thank you.3 months agoLove this car wash, but avoid the weekends. Long lines, but the staff works hard to keep us moving. I love the new microfiber towels!!! There is no towel residue with these towels!

The wash itself is nothing special but they have good cleaning stations and car care products, free mat clean, leather care and mat perfumes. I was not happy with their service…you will be okay if you dont have to deal with the staff…i however asked for clean dry towels but was asked to use wet ones on the racks and the staff( high school kids) was unwilling to help.5 months agoLove these car washes. I do a lot of nature photography and have the monthly subscription. Lots of handy locations all over town. Always my first stop coming in from dirt roads, mud and bugs.

They don’t wash your car. Every time I come out the back it is completely dirty. Attaching a few pictures below. Also, when you click on cancel membership on their site, it says that its broken and you can’t do it. Its been like that for two months now.
It’s a pretty good car wash place. I actually wanted to sign up for the unlimited monthly package but they won’t do it for a month at a time you have to sign up for automatic billing. That was disappointing because I really wanted to try it for a month to see if I’d actually use it enough. Offered to pay cash but was turned down.
Nice staff and the place does appear to be well run and tidy
They put no effort in using the scrubber on the front side of my truck when I came here to get bird dropping off….
THEN, instead of smelling the lovely scent of soap come through the vents, my car reeks of a sulfur /egg smell.
There must be a bad drain or it’s just nasty full of algae in the car wash tunnel.. I have to go to buy febreze as the smell is in circulating through my ac filter now🤮

Dont go here if you drive any type of low to the ground sports car. Scraped the underbelly of my mustang getting onto the treadmill. Think maybe even the guy directed my car too far. Either way, bad experience. Didnt even get a free upgrade for my sticker coming through. Scraping the sticker off when I get home and cancelling membership. Can wash my car better than this place. It didnt even get the bird dropping off my car. After the wash noticed tears in the plastic underneath. Bad, bad, terrible experience. Only grateful my tires and wheels seem to be ok.
