- Reviews:Not very happy. I come to expect a little bit higher quality when I am paying significantly more than other grocery stores. Purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife and the core was full of moldy flowers. I have never had a problem like this at another store that I have purchased flowers from. I bought these today because of convenience to my work but after going to another Harmons that was closer for an exchange only to get them home to find a similar situation. I will never pay a premium for the convenience again. The florist should be checking these throughly when they receive them especially for something that is at least 20 dollars more for the same thing at another store.By Jeffrey Rollo (a month ago)I had an excellent experience the other day when I visited for the first time. The store is large and offers a wide variety of produce and food items which is consistent across the board for all Harmons grocery stores. The store was very clean. The salad bar was awesome in that they were a wide variety of options and when items ran out they replenished quickly. I love the produce, meat, selection of so many products, and it’s my pharmacy too! I never have to wait in line and the parking is always fab! It’s small enough that you can find everything easily and big enough you don’t have to run to multiple stores to find what you need! And SUPER CLEAN! It is a bit pricey on somethings but they have really good sales on a lot of items. The illustrations on the aisles are a great touch and always get my attention. I couldn’t give them 5-stars because they don’t have a live butcher. What you see in the coolers is what you get. Good location, lots of parking, rarely busy, great soft serve ice cream for like a dollar to keep the kids (or me) satiated while shopping, and they don’t force you to use self-checkout, there is always at least a couple of cashiers open. I also like that they feature small, local brands on various racks and end caps throughout the store. The staff is always friendly. Their bakery has the best donuts around. The bakery messed up on a cake and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. They usually have what I need. Not a great Walmart. The employees are not helpful. I’m kind of surprised that some don’t understand social norms. I’ve heard one of the men full on yell and scream at customers while looking for them, carrying a stick (maybe to threaten them)… but they were annoying teenagers so i guess that makes sense??
The worst customer service of all time. This morning I went to exchange a mop head. The ladies said yeah we can exchange just not refund cause it’s not 7 fine all I am doing is exchanging I go get what I need come back. The lady come out and she Rolls her eyes. I said ya just want o exchange this for this one and she continues to tell me they don’t do exchanges 🤔 huh since when? I have the receipt all I want is and exchange. Anyways long story short they don’t exchange things at this Walmart if it’s 7 am. I could care less about the exchange but what truly irritated me was the lack of customer service that was showed yes we can exchange lie, and the customer service lady and how she handled it like she didn’t want to be bothered and her rolling her eyes. Never ever will I go to this Walmart and reason like this I like to drive the opposite direction to get what I need.
I am old fashion but I don’t work for Walmart but I do what there employees are supposed to be doing?? I should get paid for it 16 a hour or something like that lol. But for real free labor? Thoughts?
They need to learn to answer their phones. I called 5 times- 3 of the times the call was never answered. The other two I was transferred and the call was dropped. RIDICULOUS. Also their return policy is garbage. I bought a vaccum- it stopped working 3 months into having it. They wouldn’t take it back- had me call the online store for literally zero reason. I’m 100% shopping at Costco from now on.
Literally watched one of the cart boys today (06/24/23 at 2:15pm) completely NAIL a car with a cart and just walk away. I asked him if he was going to report that, and he just yelled profanities at me and said “they can get over it”.
