  1. The staff in the Automotive Dept. needs to be more educated and competent on the job they’re doing with the customers vehicles. I went there b/c I didn’t know what was wrong with my one tire that i just brought from them on warranty . I knew i had a slow leak but i couldn’t believe it b/c the tire is brand new . Since I didn’t know what cause the leak and they couldn’t find nun on the tire. The manager told me i couldn’t get another tire and it was really nothing they can do to help me. Moral of the story i caught a blowout on the hwy, lost control and almost crashed b/c of a simple tire stem valve issue. Too me they would hire anyone with no experience or knowledge to fix on others cars there. Worst service and experience i ever had in my life . Never going back

  2. Recently had new tires put on my car. After picking up car, two of the new tires on drivers side had 44 psi and on passenger side one tire had 63 psi and the other 58 psi. Drove back to correct tire pressure. At home discovered that 3 of the 4 22inch wheels on Infiniti are scratched beyond repair in the tire installation and balancing process at this store. Beware customers. Check everything prior to leaving.

  3. I recently had a wonderful experience at Nelson Road Walmart!! Store 1204. The associates were all amazing! Amarri B. Provided exceptional customer service and helped me with such patience and kindness that I don’t want to shop at any other Walmart! She also did all these things with a Beautiful smile!! Ms. Blanca also provided excellent Customer service eve thought she only speaks Spanish. She pulled out her phone to translate! She also showed me more items that I might need just in case! Lenaija T. also provided excellent Customer service with patience, kindness and a smile!! Kevin the door greeter was so nice to me as well and all other customers that walked in and out of their doors!! Thank you Kevin. Mr. Anthony was so nice as well and Ms. Christine also. Ms. Christine told me all the ways I can speak highly of her associates and also made sure they were recognized immediately that night!! Roderick in the frozen section is always such a joy to see and speak to. Any time you need help go find him and he will help you with a smile!! Thank you Nelson Road Walmart!! Please promote these associates or just give them raises because this type of excellent customer service and l satisfaction is hard to find in some retail stores. Thank you!

  4. I order my order online at 12:45am, I pick a pickup time for 9:45amnand to my surprise my I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup at 8:57am. I will be ordering online grocery more often. I even used my EBT card with no problem

  5. Affordable and wide variety to choose from fresh produce to dry goods and home neccesities.
    Car accessories and gardening tools. Great choices of electronics and home smart appliances. Helpful staffs when assisting customers concern. THERE IS A SUBWAY inside to have a quick bite of sandwiches.

    Conveniently located, fully stocked most of the time, competitive pricing, helpful employees. One stopped this evening and spent 5 min helping me find 2 obscure items. Customers should put their carts back in the appropriate containers in the parking lot. During peak time, there tends to be a lot of loose carts. However, the employees restock them by the front door quickly.

    Been missing my customers at the Fuel Station…. I jus want the Wal-Mart Employees and Our GREAT Wal-Mart customers that I will be returning as soon as Mr Dr. Releases me. PRAY I HAVE MANAGEMENT TO HELP FOR BACK UP SO my customers don’t have to wait in line for service!!!

    If I could give them a minus rating I would I buy a pack of pork steaks at the store and they had worms and then they didn’t want to refund my money back to me don’t buy meat at Walmart

    Convenient neighborhood option in city center. Decent selection of fresh produce, bakery, deli items, and household goods. Employees are generally friendly, but the young man with brown hair and glasses who gets the carts is literally the best part of this store. U can’t go in having a bad day without him telling u welcome and have a good day. He’s so enthusiastic and is never impatient when anyone asks him a question.

    Sometimes I think about it to go because the distribution of the products in the corridors and what the Dordas application tells me about the location does not correspond and that is why it takes me a long time looking for the articles! It would be good if they fixed that so I can eat more quickly, that would increase sales! I hope they take me into account

    I appreciate this Albertsons although I don’t make it on this side of town alot. Nice clean store with a vast selection. Friendly customer service. The in house made french bread in my opinion is the best. The seaffod and meat market are always fresh just like the produce and bakery.

    This Albertsons always has issues. The parking lot barely has visible lines, at night you can’t see anything in the parking lot. There should not be a self check-out at all. Just open more registers with cashiers. I walked out today because there were over 20 people in line, most trying to go to self checkout so it would be faster. This could have been prevented and sped up by an express lane opening. What happened to the old rule of “if there are more than 3 people in line, another register opens”? If you are understaffed, then hire more employees.
