What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. They have the new Krogo carts, similar to Amazon stores. Very neat and functional. Excellent service at the deli today! Very personable, and accommodating😊. Good sushi selection as well!

  2. I am regular customer for this Kroger and I go there every week for grocery and other shopping. I used to get fresh items most of the time but today at the date of 05/03/2023 in the morning I had bought many things at the same time I got cut slice fruit (mixed of watermelon, Honeymelon ). That was really nastic and bad smelling.when I eat that fruit I felt really Weird taste. So they have to check Date of expiration because they don’t have right to sell expiration items. !!!

  3. Great store with great customer service, special shout out to Dana, she works the self checkout, I love her 😍

  4. Having a jolly evening with friends, I was appropriately ID’d but instead of completing the transaction peacefully, she decides to tell me her derogatory thoughts about the state I live in. Won’t be buying anything here again.

  5. I always shop early Sunday morning. Kroger only has self checkout open which is tough with a large purchase. They do however usually have a couple self checkouts open that have the extended belt. Today one of them was being cleaned. Me doing with 2 other customers were told it wasn’t open cause of this. The light was on…. We had to make our large pitches through the small self checkout. This causes delays because when the bagging area is full and you remove your bags it calls for a person to come over because bags were removed. These people need to get their heads on straight and the blonde lady at the registers needs to understand when there are many people trying to check out- you don’t occupy a lane by cleaning it. This should be done prior to opening or open another lane. Even when I questioned if she could open another big lane she blatantly ignored me.

This Kroger is absolutely ridiculous. The front end staff women are rude. On multiple occasions I have went in to shop, to be met with rude attitudes and poor customer service. My most recent visit, the lines were long and only one lane was open. An older employee decided to open a lane, grab two ladies behind me and ring them out. She did not turn her light on, I’m assuming to be able to get away from the register quickly. I was holding my infant who was crying and had a few things that needed checked out. I stepped into her line in hopes she would take me too. She looked at me and said “my lane is closed” I told her I have just a couple things and I’m holding a baby and she still said “ I can’t my lane is closed” proceeded to finish the lady I front of me and then go stand at the customer service desk. Just rude. I will never shop here again. I don’t want to blame it on racism but it really felt that way. And the Kia parked in employee parking every day with a confederate flag license plate doesn’t make me feel any better.

Terrible management. They just don’t care and the front desk is empty more than staffed. Expired store flyers up front and unwillingness to help. Cashiers are great!

Get rid of the home internet sales solicitors. I just want to get my groceries in peace. I’m not interested in switching my internet provider. I know the sales reps are just doing their job, but I really don’t want to be bothered.
