a week agoTHIS LOCATION IS A HORROR SHOW. Very disappointed at the steady decline of this store, and shopping center, and Kroger as a company, through the years. STOP SHOPPING HERE SO THEY’LL CLOSE THIS DUMP. Please. It is actually DANGEROUS and stupid to shop here; good luck to you if you try to prove me wrong! Roseville resident since 1999…a month agoHonestly the place has gone down hill. Very poor management. The manager Chole sat on her phone will self check out begged for override. Deli closes whenever it wants to. As far as most of the staff they are hard working dedicated employees. Promote managers from within.3 weeks agoI bought this egg nog buzz ball from Kroger and I fell in love. I love Krogers because your can catch their wines cheaper than the neighborhood liquor stores. Krogers is my favorite grocery store.3 weeks agoOnly a handful of registers open so the lines were long as heck…. and no one at the service counter to get any business done…. that place has realllly gone down. Guess I’ll shop somewhere else now.2 months agoWhy do the shopping carts all shut down on the way out? I had a worker act like i must be stealing because of it until i showed my my receipt. Then she told me to put my stuff in the other cart. So i did and that one was locked up as well. I really wishsomeone would replace Kroger. The limited shopping sucks. Needless to say i had to carry all my groceries to my vehicle by hand which was not easy. This just feels disrespectful. I wonder what sets those things off. I have my reciept. I bet it’s that i looked at lottery. Kroger has such unreliable shopping machines. Sometimes i watch machine show me a video of me scanning an item like i did something wrong. Kroger has such disrespectful machines.

2 months ago“Best Kroger around! What prompted me to write this review was the security officer (DAVID) who offered to help me carry heavy items I was struggling with to my truck. Additionally, he made me feel safe since the store was closing.Apart from that, the store is clean and well-organized, with great prices and lots of specials. To top it off, the attendant at the self-checkout helped me without making me feel like a bother. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.”
a week agoRecently went into my local Kroger to see the ORGANIC SELECTION completely disassembled and scattered around the store! Absolutely unacceptable! You people are making it harder and harder to buy or even FIND ORGANIC products! SHAME ON YOU BIG CORPS! SHAME ON YOU!2 months agoShop on line? Signing in does not happen easy. I went to customer service chat, nothing. I have had this on line account at least a year but never have I been able to use it. I need on line today. Again and unfortunatly it will not be kroger.4 months agoAbsolutely the worst grocery store, it smells weird, severely under staffed, checkout is a joke, even self check out, there computer scanners are a joke so outed dated you cannot self correct if you accidentally scan twice. You are prompted to wait for cashier..Meijers at leat you can delete a item if accidentally scanned twice. The bags are way to thin always have to double bag. The prices will fluctuate when they claim to have a sale one day the items are low. For example if a weekend Friday or Saturday they up the price it at least by a $1.00 or more whose wants to spent almost $7.00 on a bag of Doritos. You will get more bang for your buck else where. What a messed up Marketing scam. Lower your prices!! People struggle and work hard for there money. Offer a better wage to your employees or potential employees and give them hours, your stores needs people deli is always lights out and nobody is never there. Fish counter smells and looks terrible. Hardly ever stocked grocery shelves. Cashiers and self check outs are way too long…Come on Krogers your a big chain…and your a union company. What a joke! Better management should take better care of thr rife rafe and clean up the store of the parking lot and the panhandlers….what are you doing? Customer service should be number 1.Staffed your store period… People shop by their eyes, your reviews are very low and I personally will chose to drive further to a different grocery store to get a better shopping experience and know that the prices of my favorite items are the same during the week as on the weekends. The saddest part is they will probably never read the reviews.a month agoThis is the only Kroger I go too now. Coz they always have what I want. And never run out of stock of nothing. NOTHING LOOKED FRESH, worst Kroger I have ever went it. Everything scarce, just terrible. The produce department was even worse. When I opened the seafood I purchased once I arrived home, the smell was TERRIBLE. I went back today to speak to the manager, and he didn’t even care at all
Wow Kroger, you’ve really outdone yourself! There’s a line to the back of the store. I left because it’s ridiculous, even if tomorrow is a holiday. The Kroger stores in this area are a joke. I think I’ll shop at meijer from now on. I’ve had enough. Hire some cashiers and open more registers and more U-scan registers! How hard can it be? Meijer had a line that was 25% as long, and moving 3 times faster. Maybe you should copy meijer and install 20 U-scans or at least open more. If you frequently waste your customers’ time, you lose the customers, and lose business. You’ve lost mine.
Worst experience ever! Scheduled a pickup order with a time established by store time slot and even selected “on my way” once I was notified that my order was ready.
Selected the “I am here” option to check in and I am “Still here” 40 minutes lates and have watched multiple cars get their order who came in after me??
UNFICKENBELIEVABLE!
I explained to the manager (Max) that I was here and had a prior time slot that most who he had serviced and asked how is that possible and he said it’s just however the orders “popup”??
This location is so disorganized and incompetent and and constantly lacking, with ZERO customer service or support 🤯😲😢
The ladies working the deli on Sunday are USELESS!!!!!! they don’t understand stand fractions. You tell them the amount you want they tell you they don’t know what that means. Tell them MULTIPLE TIMES, SLICED THIN!!!!!!!! They can’t do that either. Shame on management for not properly training these employees. They shouldn’t be working in the deli. They would be off stocking shelves.
We were very shocked at the behavior of the woman behind the bakery counter at about 11:30 a.m. Thursday September 14th. She ignored 3 customers and finally gruffly told them she didn’t work in the bakery & walked away. Now I know that isn’t usual behavior at the new Kroger’s & it’s why I gave the time & date so the woman could be sanctioned & even fired!
