- Reviews:Customer service is well below average in here. The manager was rude and a little condescending when I asked how much an item was that had no price tag. She looked the item up online on the fashion designers company website and it was not even listed on there. Then she said based off of how much the clothes retail for I can do it for $40 under their price!🤣 Lady are you for real? This is Martials not Fashion Island!!! People are in here buying last-minute Valentines Day gifts (not me). So far, I’ve been in line ten minutes before anyone called for additional cashiers. Even then, the manager who called for more cashiers continues to stock non-V Day items like socks. By the time I got out the door, one item I walked in grabbed the item and got in line. They really need to clean it up the employees tend to ignor you if you have a question or looking for someone. . the store is such a mess i cant even. Ill only come here for a few deal but I’ll just go to the one in Banning which is way cleaner. This Marshalls is at the top of the escalators. Even though they were extremely busy the cashier Shakayla W. was super friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great service it is very much appreciated! 🤍🤍
Let me just say that living in the area gives me ample opportunity to shop at this store. It’s a pretty big disappointment if you’re looking for housewares, decor or something unique. The shelves are typically empty or filled with 40 of the same basic item to make them look full. The girls and boys sections are limited. The baby section is usually pretty well stocked. None of this is the fault of the staff, who have always been helpful. This is a very popular store and whom ever is Charged with inventory is failing for the demand of the community. I hope this can someday improve.
I haven’t shopped at Marshall since I lived in a better area. This marshall’s is very very poor. They have nothing for the modern man, not even a laptop bag. I don’t even know why this marshall’s exists , other than to say that there is a Marshall’s in riverside. I wish something else could take its place, because it is not a benefit to the community. The store layout is quite tacky and confusing.
This was a typical Marshalls. It’s located in a very large plaza with lots of parking but during peak hours like Friday night It can be a little difficult to find a spot. We take an escalator to the top floor of the building. The escalator was kind of old and squeaking really loudly. I don’t know why it hasn’t been fixed and I did not see an option for somebody in a wheelchair to access the top floor. I may have missed something or wherever an elevator is located it’s pretty far away. Also the doors don’t open automatically. The store seemed well maintained inside and is well lit. The cashier was friendly at the front and asked if I found everything I was looking for. They take all the major payment methods, and do provide you with a bag. As for selection, there’s much to be desired, especially in the shoe department. If you wear a size 6 like I do, don’t expect much. There were literally a couple handfuls of shoes to choose from. They also had a tiny clearance section.
!!WARNING!! DO NOT BUY SUNGLASSES HERE! I found some nice sunglasses that I really like. They were priced at 29.99 but we’re scratched all over. I asked if they could be marked down and they said no. They have their glasses all piled up on a shelf and expect customers to pay full price for damaged items.
