This review is specifically for their plants + outdoor gardening area!
Needed quite a few plants for my house last-minute so I stopped by at around 5:30 yesterday. The entire store was very light at the time, so I barely saw any other customers. This was great because I could take my time looking at all of their plants! They must have gotten a fresh shipment of indoor + outdoor plants because all of the areas were FULL with healthy plant babies.
I ended up leaving with a lush fiddle-leaf fig plant, some succulents, and multiple indoor plants! Usually big chain stores don’t have a great variety of plants, but yesterday I saw some varieties that tend to be more rare—it must depend on what time/day you shop.
Overall the store was clean, fully stocked, and the person who helped us at checkout was really nice!
Good location, abundant parking, enormous inventory, friendly staff, and super neat and clean inside and out.
Was interested in carpet. No employees in home improvement section. Customer service person let me take sample board home to try and match color. No response to inquiry about pricing, etc. Had to wait TEN minutes in line to return sample while overworked customer service person dealt with customers in line AND answered telephones??? Going elsewhere
Called to speak with someone at doors & windows. Call was transferred 5 times by different folks, they did not pick up the phone and the last person transferred my call to a VM / black hole. Asked for store Mgr. Curtis or Nick? Their phones were off. Asked to page them, 9 mins and did not pick up. My order would have been potentially $6K-$9K. Going to local vendors. Your loss Home Depot. Train your people to take the call and call back. This is how businesses go down. You are next.

Greyson and Don assisted me with some concrete blocks that we picked up a couple of months ago. Sorry it took so long for me to post. I just found my paperwork on it and remembered what a pleasant experience it was. Not often I can say that. They were very pleasant and helpful.
