  1. We were greeted when we entered, it was unique and a nice change of pace. You could tell the young lady was being genuine and friendly.

    The store didn’t have as much as some of the other Ross stores, seemed like a lot of old inventory that hadn’t been removed after being on the shelves too long, forever keeping the shelf full and lacking in sales.

    A+ on the customer service, C on the inventory selection.

  2. The store is very nice, good prices. Always clean and organized. The staff are very kind, especially the store manager Sonia and the assistant manager Brenda. I worked for them and I’m thankful, never found any managers like them.

  3. This specific location is usually a mess. The last few times I’ve shopped here it has been clean and better organized. Very impressed. Before, there were NEVER enough cashiers to handle the amount of people trying to check out. Especially during the “holiday” season. Kudos to the customers for their patience. Now, for the most part, they’ve seemed to find some reliable employees that go to work and actually work. Thank you! Lots of stuff to find here. Price in some things are not Ross prices, and need to be seriously reevaluated and lowered, but you can’t win them all I guess. All in all, great place to find a good deal on things.

  4. Can’t find what I’m looking for, no shoes, no shirts, no purchases made. Maybe I was there at a low inventory day?
    To be fair, Ross has always been one of my goto stores for clothing as it doesn’t break the bank.

  5. I want to like Ross, but the honest truth is the staff at these locations in Utah use to be friendly and variety of clothing was better. But lately the staff are cold and even rude. Perhaps it is the work environment or just fatigue dealing with less kind customers. So I like Ross as a whole. But improving customer service could go a long way.

    Ross is the most value for clothing in the area. There are many brands that would be significantly more expensive if they were purchased elsewhere. I got a few active hoodies. One was $9.99 and listed for $32. That is a deal in my book. I recommend you check out this location as it was more clean and organized than the other locations.

    Awesome location! Organized (for a Ross), very friendly employees who are always there if you need a fitting room or to check out. Had a rocky start when they first opened (January 2022 ish?) with teenagers running the store and yelling across the store at each other. I saw one of them yell at an older woman employee once too in front of shoppers and the woman was clearly embarrassed. Now it’s much better and calmer.

    It seems like this Ross doesn’t get as many designer items like the others. I’m not sure why. But recently it’s been a mess. Normally it’s clean and the employees are helpful. It’s been lacking lately.
