  1. This store is a wreck. There’s a little of everything be careful as some of it is damaged. Inner loop location ample parking I revisited today not only was the general chaos that is a discount store was more organized. Manager walking about asking about customers experience and expectations

  2. The things here are great, tons of choices.
    The one thing, if any- I’d wish there was a way for more cashiers.

    I’ve came 3 times in the last 2 weeks and two times I decided to put my things back.

    The lines we’re literally wrapped around 3 times and stretching gown to the kids clothes.

    It’s great for business, but bad for the consumer. 🥴

    Friendly staff and great location.
    Other than the extended lines, I absolutely love this place.

  3. More cashiers please!!! There have consistently been 30+ customers waiting in line to check out the last 4 times I have visited. Decided to put merchandise back vs waiting 30 min to purchase. The store should realize they are losing money because of this.

    Zero stars. Don’t go here if you’re shopping and need to use the restroom. First off never seen a Marshall’s with only one per man and woman. Most stores have bigger bathroom with multiple stalls. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Mold, fungus, sink that’s clogged. Toilet absolutely disgusting and trash everywhere. Brown stained toilet paper in garbage. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I’ve seen thrift stores and gas stations with better restrooms.

    This store is easily the most disorganized and unprofessional. Add the fact that the parking garage has had numerous cars broken in to and it’s better just to hit the location on Richmond. What’s sad is all the more professional employees seem to have moved on.

    The store is nice, but the manager is rude! It’s a tall woman with green eyes, so if you need something from her, I recommend finding another Marshall’s with a friendly manager.

    Has become my favorite place to shop for clothing. I try not to go that often cause I buy so much. They have many premier designer brands to choose from. Expect to still pay a lot for those items but check the clearance as I’ve seen lots of deals there. Would recommend for sure!

    The problem is that everything smells damp. You can look at the photos, there is black fungus on the air conditioning conductors and the fitting room are super dirty. Plus, bathrooms are so dirty.
