What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The people who work here are awesome at their job and the young man who helped me today with the 2003 tattoo on his arm deserves a raise, he was friendly, informative and very efficient. I’m only sad that I can’t remember his name to thank him here properly.

  2. RJ is a complete liar we traded in 4 cell phones and never seen the credits are still paying for phones that we paid cash for. It has been 15 months and still nothing. Are bill is not what it is supposed to be almost 200.00 more then what they stated. We have called and called tons of times and never get anywhere, but yet they get you locked in a two year contract paying for phones we already paid for and never got credit for the ones we traded in. Shady business go else where!

Adding on! The email and Victra corporate are a joke. They reply to these comments like they are going to do something. Believe me those 5 star reviews are paid for they offer them something for a positive review. This place is a joke go to a real Verizon store. Because when you try and get help through Victra they have to contact Verizon and they cant do anything and visa versa such a joke. I will be obtaining an attorney it has been over a year and I still have not received credit for my phones or am I paying what i was promised to pay. ITS a JOKE Victra doesn’t care and RJ is a complete liar!!!! Don’t say you were not warned once your locked into a contract!

  3. My daughter and I had the best customer service experience with Sergio. He was patient, knowledgeable and had a willing to help attitude. Thank you Sergio!

  4. My reason of visit was due to a damaged phone. I needed to know my options on how to proceed with buying a new phone/upgrading/repair/etc. Sergio answered all my questions regarding those options and helped me with an upgrade and accessories to prevent wear and tear on my new phone.

There’s a few Verizon stores closer to where I live but I’ll travel a little further cause of the experience I had 🙂

  5. I updated my iPhone with Mo’s help. He was great. It was easy to make my choice of my new iPhone and he coordinate everything so well. Thanks Mo!

No technical or general customer service whatsoever. Referred us to phone number that had us going nowhere in circles even with rep in store while on speakerphone. Go see Jorge across the Stewart at ATT

If you have a business and need account support, it’s best to setup a phone appointment first, in case documents are needed for submission. This way you don’t have to visit the store twice. Very busy store. Have a little patience and you’ll be helped.

Very bad experience. I needed information on how to switch out a Verizon home phone that was now obsolete. They kept skipping my name. No one wanted to help me. I was there 50 minutes and they kept saying there was one more person ahead of me. I got fed up and left. Called 611and the person on the help did everything for me. Realized that the replacement was free which is probably why no one wanted to help me. I have been a Verizon loyal member since 2003 and really hate how the store personnel treats you. Maybe if I would have said I also needed a new phone the treatment would have been better. I felt discriminated.

I walked in about 10 min before 6pm to pick up a Home Internet router that was supposedly reserved for me. However, not only was the router not reserved (not the store’s fault) but the employee who helped me told me that it would take too long to fill out a new application at that time and it’s have to come back a different day. Very aggravating after taking the trolley and walking a good distance in the rain. I am making sure I complete as much as possible online in the future.

Today I went in to get a new SIM card . The wait time was long but once it was my turn I had the honor of being helped by Mr. Nicolas. He was very helpful, Patient and sweet . He opened up the case for me so I wouldn’t break my fingernails and even cleaned up the phone screen and case for me. It’s the little things that they do that make the experience so worth it. Thank you Nicolas for making your customers feel valued.
