Perhaps it was busier earlier in the day and some shoppers left messes wherever they went that made the store messier than usual, but some aisles were definitely harder to navigate through with abandoned items left in the middle of the floor. Clear safety dividers were in place at checkout and the employees were wearing masks. Out of all the Ross stores I’ve been to this one has the best and biggest selection, however, it is also short staffed and always busy. The checkout line was wrapped around the whole store. I waited in line to pay, about 30 min, for longer than I shopped. They really need to hire more people because that’s just ridiculous.
While I found a few articles of clothing to purchase, waiting in the checkout line took up more of my time than shopping did. It made socially distancing a challenge when others around you crowd in line. I thought that shopping at this location around 9am would help, but the checkout line was already too long. There was only one cashier ringing up customers, which made waiting unpleasant for everyone.
It’s always going to be messy in a Ross…but if u really look through the mess u can find goods lol. I love trying on the dresses there bc there’s so many. Kids clothes r a good price too. There’s lots of things there tat u can’t find at other stores. I always go there if I or my kids need a dress or if my husband needs dress shoes.
Most convenient store. Some time you get branded products with super low price. Save very good amount of money. Staff are very nice.
Literally the worse ross ever! Couldn’t even shop right, they kept following me around the store, probably thinking I was stealing! I’m not a thief!
