  2. Update: To Ramy: district manager. I need you to reach out to me regarding your employee William A. He claimed to be a manager but I (and other customers) don’t think that it is true. I know Venus is the manager. She was not very much help to the situation but still tried her best.
    Very unprofessional and mistreating customers. Will be contacting corporate about this situation. I am shaking!

    It’s 2022 …2023 in a few days… there MUST be a way for faster service. The old employees were fast. I don’t know what’s going on but the wait is ridiculous and you just see people sitting around. It’s time that they come up with some sort of system to keep the flow going and get people in and out. I think it’s time to make the switch

  3. This store locatin does not even deserve a 1 star. No way to leave it blank. The agents here are RUDE, very disrespectful and only care about making money. They did not listen to what I had requested. They did not work with me to give me options. They tried to sell me EVRYTHING I did not want and worst part, the manager KAYLA was even worse then her employee. Since Both my daughter and HE broke the seal on the phone box, I was SOL on any changes or return, litteralty within 10 minuets of him selling me a free phone, because of his mistake and clearifying and confirming what I wanted to get done. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ON YOUR OWN ONLINE!

I had a good experience at this location Kayla the manager did not make me wait when I went in to pick up order. took care of me quickly despite them having a full lobby I appreciate that she went above and beyond to service me since I spent so much time online, placing the order and she didn’t make me wait.

  5. This store is absolutely horrible Anthony and the store manager were incredibly unhelpful. I am an out of state resident and they told me my ID wasnt valid because it said ” not for real id purposes”. She began to become extremely rude and Anthony completely removed himself from the situation. I am also an indirect rep and I now see why customers prefer authorized retail locations over corporate stores.

    I dont suggest this location to do any business at all. I will adamantly discourage customers from doing business in this location and my social media following touches TENS OF THOUSANDS !!!!!!!

    Terrible service at this location. The wait is horrible no matter when you go. They are not helpful at all when you are an existing customer. If i was a new customer they would have layed out the red carpet. Shame on you management. your female employee needs a little more kindness and to care about other peoples time. More than an hour and nothing was resolved. Chat online w Verizon there so much more helpful!!

    After my experience on Saturday, I have to write a review, it was the worst experience I have ever had and I walked out. I came in explained my situation and needed a new phone. 1. I had to tell him to go into my account and look to see if any lines were due for upgrades (I knew 3 lines were due for an upgrade) 2 he finally opened my account and said no one is due for an upgrade. 3. He didn’t give me any options as far as using insurance, he kept saying 1000 dollars for iPhone 13. So I asked about iPhone 14 4. He later stated the store doesn’t have iPhone 14. I would expect if you do not have in stock, to give me an option and find the nearest store that has one. He started saying store numbers. I was in complete shock of that answer and then told him can you confirm if they have it in stock and give me an address. He then stated no one in south Florida has the iPhone 14. I gave plenty of chances if the Osvaldo was new. He didn’t ask for help, just continued to give me false information. I’m a long time customer and I’m not here to train. I have the utmost patience for people or employees learning, but that was the WORST experience I have ever had and walked out. I will never go to that store again I went to a store in Hialeah gardens on Hialeah gardens drive and what a difference in customer service! Michael greeted me immediately when I walked in, even though, he was helping another customer out. I told him my situation. My situation is pretty much a guarantee sale. First thing Micheal did was look into my account and gave me options. I had to tell the other store to go into my account. Also, turns out the store I was in, 7925 Hialeah gardens blvd, has the iPhone 14; 3 lines were due for an upgrade, and Michael was able to address and fix all my issues, and walked out of there with a huge smile and so happy I walked that store.

    I ordered an iPhone 13 from corporate. UPS tried to deliver it twice but no one was home to sign for the package. I decided to ask corporate to make an appointment with the local Verizon store and pick up another iPhone 13 there. I was told it would be the same price per month of $12.50 for 36 months with my iPhone 8 trade-in, and that the store would transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone. I went in to the store and the lady with long black hair was not very customer-friendly. She said that the new phone would cost me $16+ per month instead of $12.50 and that they don’t transfer data. I wasn’t happy and I walked out. UPS is still supposed to try to deliver my iPhone 13 one more time. So, I will try to be home to sign off and not have to deal with local store employees.

    I went to the Verizon store today and has a great experience. The gentlemen who helped my dad and I was very polite, informative and patient. Everyone in the store was very nice. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want and I also like that it’s clean!Thank you!

    This place is getting 5 stars due to the fact that I accidently got impatient on ordering a s22 ultra 256gb’s so I choose to get a 128gb instead and wait 1 month or less to get the 256gb version. Unfortunately the time ran out but they were so helpful that they got a superior and extended the time with a guarantee that I would get it, and then I got it, another incident was that my mother’s phone broke luckily we went back and they traded it in for the same phone and it was all good, customer service and employees are very nice, and thanks for my s22 ultra. I would recommend, Thanks Jose for being friendly and helpful.
