  1. Marshall’s always has good deals. I get my hair care products there among other items. The staff are all so nice and usually there is someone in every department or close by if you need someone.

  2. Great home finds! It’s not the biggest collection ever, but the items I found were really great. The store is really clean and organized. There was lots of room for maneuvering. There isn’t a whole lot of other great shopping (in my opinion) in the area, but Marshall’s is worth the trip alone. The parking lot is massive and there’s always a great space available.

  3. Love shopping at all three stores…Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Home Goods… But the Hermitage location more like it’s going out of business. The store is big enough but the shelves are half bare. Or half full depending on how you want to look at things.
    Will I continue to shop there. Yes. And I’ll save money.. I’ll save money because the selection is lacking. lol

  4. It has a lot beautiful pillows. The store was clean and organized. I like that. But needed more cashier’s. The line was a little long. But moved quickly.

    Pretty good selection, clean, well managed, as soon as there is a line, they call a cashier to knock it down. I’m more of a TJmaxx shopper, but I like this Marshalls and will go back often.

    Worst customer service ever, the cashiers was so rude not sure her name but she had blond hair and was a bit older and gave me the nastiest attitude when she could’ve told me in a nicer way that she was closing her cashier area. I’ve always had bad cashiers experience here -10/10
